The gas nozzle and the liquid nozzle are arranged and oriented relative to one another such that a liquid jet from the liquid nozzle strikes a gas jet from the gas nozzle in an intersection region.

The machine defines a first closed loop and includes a plurality of holding devices adapted to hold a neck of a preform or of a container. The holding devices are distributed along the first closed loop and the machine further includes a conveyor adapted to convey the holding device along the first closed loop. The first closed loop including a forming area along which each holing device is integrated in a forming station. The first closed loop also including one straight portion extending substantially rectilinearly.

The present invention relates to a movement system of containers to and from operating units, in particular blowing units for bottles made of plastic material or filling units.
In particular, the invention relates to a movement system of containers to and from a processing unit of said containers, comprising: a rotating carousel, at the perimeter of which a plurality of said processing units are arranged; a distribution unit (3) of said containers, comprising at least one distribution star (107) placed substantially at a tangent to said carousel and rotating in synchrony, but in the opposite direction to said carousel, characterized in that said distribution unit (3) comprises a plurality of upper clamps (13) for transferring a container to a respective processing unit and a plurality of lower clamps (14) for transferring a container from said processing unit to said distribution unit (3), and in that said processing unit comprises a clamp, which is movable between an upper position, at the level of said upper clamps (13) of the distribution unit (3), for the gripping of a container by a respective upper clamp (13) of the distribution unit (3), and a lower position, at the level of said lower clamps (14) of the distribution unit (3), for transferring said container to said processing unit.
Slop-over prevention in form-filling machines
A form-filling machine for molding and filling a plastic preform with a liquid in a treatment station, including a slop-over protection device to prevent a liquid from slopping out of the container, including during the transition of the container filled with the liquid out of the treatment station of form-filling machine into a discharge unit, such as a discharge star wheel.
Device for removing plastic products
A device for removing plastic products (1) has at least one guiding and/or holding device with at least one rod body (7). In the context of a plastic forming process, the guiding and/or holding device is introduced into and removed from a plastic product (1), to take over and subsequently release the plastic product after forming for at least one further production step. A motion device (40) serves for inserting and removing the guiding and/or holding device into and from the plastic product (1), The motion device (40) moves the guiding and/or holding device axially in opposing directions of travel. At least one further motion device (35) is provided, which sets the guiding and/or holding device in rotational movement.

A container manufacturing device is provided. In detail, the container manufacturing device for performing manufacture of a container pre-form and container molding in a single station via one stop. The container manufacturing device includes a pre-form molding module configured to form a shape of a pre-form of a container using a resin material, an injection module connected to the pre-form molding module and configured to supply the resin material to the pre-form molding module, a container molding module configured to inject air to a pre-form completed by the pre-form molding module to expand the pre-form and to form the shape of the container, and including a container mold, and a rotary table with a rib plate suspended thereon while rotating between the pre-form molding module and the container molding module, the pre-form or the container being mounted on the rib plate.
Deep grip mechanism for blow mold and related methods and bottles
Disclosed is a mold for forming a deep grip container, the mold having drive mechanisms opposably to drive moveable inserts into the mold. The drive mechanisms may be located entirely within the mold and may include a slotted cam. Also disclosed is a method of manufacturing a blow molded bottle with a deep pinch grip comprising: providing a mold hanger having an outer envelope and providing within the outer envelope a drive mechanism to drive moveable inserts into the mold after blowing molten plastic into contact with the mold. Further disclosed is a blow molded bottle with a deep pinch grip manufactured according to the disclosed methods.
