Blow moulding machine with a changing robot and a gripping device and a method for its operation
An apparatus for shaping plastics material pre-forms into plastics material containers has a conveying device which conveys the plastics material pre-forms along a pre-set conveying path. The conveying device has a movable station carrier arranged at least indirectly on a stationary base carrier and on which a plurality of shaping stations are arranged. The shaping stations have blow molding devices which form cavities inside which the plastics material preforms are shaped to form plastics material containers. The blow molding devices are arranged on blow mold carriers. The apparatus has a changing device suitable for removing at least the blow molding devices from the blow mold carriers and/or arranging blow molding devices on the blow mold carriers. A changing device has a gripping device for gripping the blow molding device, wherein this gripping device is movable in at least two different directions and is pivotable about at least three different axes.
Holding device for plastic parisons
A holding device for holding plastic containers and in particular plastic parisons with a holding section which can be introduced into a mouth of the plastic containers, wherein the holding section has at least one first holding element and one second holding element which are movable relative to one another and which in each case have a section which can be applied to an inner wall of the mouth. According to the invention an expansion body which supports the two holding elements at least intermittently is disposed between the holding elements, wherein a replaceable expansion element is disposed on this expansion body, wherein this expansion element is located at least in some sections between the expansion body and the holding elements.
Device for sterilizing plastic parisons
The invention relates to a device (100) for sterilizing plastic parisons (1), with a sterilization chamber (3) and a transport device (2) disposed at least partially inside the sterilization chamber (3) for moving the plastic parisons (1) within the sterilization chamber (3), wherein the transport device (2) has at least one gripping system (4) for engaging round and supporting the plastic parisons (1) by means of a gripping clamp (41), wherein the gripping system (4) has a displacement means (5) for displacement during sterilization within the sterilization chamber of contact surfaces (1A) of the plastic parisons (1) which are shielded by the gripping system (4) from a sterilizing medium and/or sterilizing radiation.
Device for holding workpieces
The device used to hold workpieces is designed in a manner of tongs and is provided with two tong arms (45, 46). The tong arms are held by a tong base (47) and can be arranged at least in an open position and in a closed position. The tong base is held by a base element (48). The tong base is arranged on a transfer wheel, an opening movement of the tong arms being carried out by means of a movement component transverse to a radial direction of the transfer wheel. The first tong arm (45) extends on both sides of a central line of the tong base at least in some regions, said central line being oriented in a radial direction of the transfer wheel. A workpiece holding recess, which is spanned by the tong arms at least in some regions, is delimited by the second tong arm (46) only in a holding recess (68) region arranged on the outside in a radial direction of the transfer wheel relative to a holding recess transverse central line that runs transverse to the central line of the tong base.
APPARATUS FOR CONVEYING CONTAINERS MADE OF PLASTIC MATERIAL
An apparatus for conveying a container made of plastic material comprising supporting frame (3), sliding along a predetermined path; a longitudinal rod (20), defining an axis (X), adapted to translate along said axis and/or to rotate about said axis through guide-holes (24, 25) provided in the supporting frame; a gripping device (22), fixed to a first end of the longitudinal rod, for picking and withholding an end of the container to be conveyed; wherein actuation means are provided for actuating the translation strokes of the longitudinal rod (20) and of the gripping device (22) along said axis (X), so that the gripping device (22) can operate at three working levels or positions: a first resting position (L0), a second gripping position (L1) and a third releasing position (L2).
GRIPPING DEVICE FOR ENGAGING PREFORMS
A gripping device for supporting preforms made of a thermoplastic material, having necks with a different length, such necks having, in turn, a step obtained therein which may abut against a step obtained on the outer surface of the gripping device, i.e., the chuck, such a step of the chuck being located, for each preform, always at the same distance from the neck ring base.
Reagent bottle with aspiration pipe
An embodiment of a reagent container includes a bottle with a pipe to reduce the effects of reagent sloshing. The bottle has an elongated base and an opposed cover connected by side walls and an end wall. A flat platform surrounded by a raised rim lies in the base opposite an opening in the cover. A ribbed pipe frictionally fits within the bottle opening and may attach to the anchor region leaving vent passages around the pipe. The pipe includes an aperture adjacent to the anchor region and oriented toward the end wall so that sloshed fluid has only a small effect on the level of reagent in the pipe during transfers. A modified blow molding process produces the anchor region by extending a pin a predetermined distance into a mold while the molded material is still plastic.
ROTARY MACHINE COMPRISING FIRST STATIONS AND SECOND STATIONS ROTATING AROUND A SINGLE MAIN AXIS
A rotary machine includes a main axis, a plurality of first stations and a plurality of second stations. Each first station rotates around the main axis and applies a first process to a container. Each second station rotates around the main axis and applies a second process to a processed container. The machine also includes an internal exit position, at which each first station is located once the first station has completed the first process and that is arranged to release the processed container. At an internal entry position, each second station is arranged to receive the released processed container. At least one transfer arm is adapted to seize a processed container and move the processed container between a first station located at the internal exit position and a second station located at the internal entry position.
Automated forming machine
An automated forming machine is adapted to form at least one metal sheet and contains: a material supplying zone, a heating zone, a forming zone, and a cooling zone which are all configured to accommodate components of the automated forming machine.
The automated forming machine includes: a frame and a forming device for clamping, heating, and blow molding the at least one metal sheet. The automated forming machine also includes plural tracks, plural loading carriers, a first pushing devices, a second pushing device, a third pushing device, a fourth pushing device, a pulling device, a first heating device and two cooling devices, and each cooling device includes a support rack and a plurality of spray nozzles.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR TRANSPORTING AND HANDLING CONTAINERS
The invention relates to a device and a method for transporting and handling containers, in particular containers made of a thermoplastic material. The, containers are transported from an inlet point (41) to an outlet point (30) in a transport direction by the transport device, The transport device has at least one handling device (26) which moves in the transport direction for handling one or more of the containers in a simultaneous manner in particular, and the handling device (26) is arranged in a movable manner relative to the transport device in order to move in a direction which deviates from the transport direction. The invention is characterized in that the transport device has at least one motor (32, 34, 37), by means of which the at least one handling device (26) can be moved in a motor-driven manner in the direction which deviates from the transport direction.
