Method for moulding and sterilizing a container made of plastic material, comprising the steps of: opening a mould (4) made of metal material; inserting a parison (3) into the mould (4); closing the mould (4); inserting a stretching rod (23) made of metal material into the parison (3); blowing and stretching the parison (3) in such a manner as to obtain the container; keeping the stretching rod (23) inside the moulded container; evacuating the blowing fluid; applying a voltage difference between the stretching rod (23) and the closed mould (4) in such a manner as to transform the fluid at atmospheric pressure remaining inside the moulded container into plasma.

The invention relates to a device (100) for sterilizing plastic parisons (1), with a sterilization chamber (3) and a transport device (2) disposed at least partially inside the sterilization chamber (3) for moving the plastic parisons (1) within the sterilization chamber (3), wherein the transport device (2) has at least one gripping system (4) for engaging round and supporting the plastic parisons (1) by means of a gripping clamp (41), wherein the gripping system (4) has a displacement means (5) for displacement during sterilization within the sterilization chamber of contact surfaces (1A) of the plastic parisons (1) which are shielded by the gripping system (4) from a sterilizing medium and/or sterilizing radiation.

An apparatus for processing containers having a transport device which transports the containers to be processed along a predefined transport path has at least one processing device which is configured to process a container in a predefined manner, wherein the apparatus has a movement device, having at least one first guide cam and at least one guide roller which is configured to roll relative to the guide cam. The production machine, the blow-molding machine and the container treatment machine are arranged in the clean room, and each component of the production machine, the blow-molding machine and the container treatment machine that comes into physical contact with a preform or a container consists of or comprises sterilization-proof material.

Apparatus for treating and in particular sterilizing plastic preforms and/or containers, including a transport device configured for transporting the plastic preforms during their treatment, a housing forming a treatment chamber within which the transport device is arranged, a generating device for generating a flowable treatment agent, and a supply device configured for supplying the sterilization agent generated by the generating device to the treatment chamber. An apparatus for forming plastic preforms into plastic containers, having a transport device which transports the plastic preforms to be formed along a predetermined transport path, wherein the transport device has a rotatable transport carrier wherein a plurality of forming stations are arranged. The forming stations each have blow-molding devices within which the plastic preforms can be formed into the plastic containers by applying a flowable medium. The forming stations each have application devices for applying the flowable medium to the plastic preforms, and the apparatus has a feed device for feeding plastic preforms to be formed to the transport apparatus, and a discharge device for discharging formed containers from the transport device. The apparatus has a clean room within which the plastic preforms or the plastic containers are transported at least sectionally. The apparatus has an ejection device to eject plastic preforms or plastic containers from the transport path.
