METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A RESIN-LAMINATED BOARD
A method of manufacturing a resin-laminated board by preparing a pair of first and second split molds each of which is provided with a cavity; positioning two sheet materials made of a thermoplastic resin between the first and second split molds with the cavities of the first and second split molds opposed to each other; forming a plurality of recesses by recessing a first sheet material toward a second sheet material with use of a plurality of protrusions provided to the first split mold; and welding bottoms of the recesses to the second sheet material by clamping the pair of first and second split molds to obtain a resin-laminated board with a hollow structure. A mold includes a plurality of piece members, disposed at the cavity of the first split mold; and includes the protrusions and male screws provided to base ends of the protrusions.

BLOW MOLDING DEVICE
A blow molding device for blow molding preforms into a predetermined shape. The blow molding device includes a batch-type mold provided with cavities, a heating furnace that heats preforms while the preforms are arranged in series, a transfer machine that simultaneously transfers the preforms as a batch to the cavities of the mold after the preforms are heated and sent out sequentially from the heating furnace, and a pressurized liquid feeder that feeds pressurized liquid to the preforms after the preforms are arranged in all of the cavities of the mold and the mold is closed.

In one embodiment, an apparatus and a method of manufacturing a paperboard tray therewith is provided. In particular, a hub is configured to rotate about a shaft. On the hub, a plurality of first molds are formed in the hub. Conversely, a plurality of second molds are each disposed above each of the plurality of first molds respectively and rotate above the first molds. In this configuration, the plurality of second molds are configured to move in unison with the plurality of first molds as the hub and second molds rotate and to move orthogonally towards and then away from the first molds as the second molds rotate.

A threadless plastic blow molding device includes a main molding-base, a bottom molding-base, and a blow molding-base. The main molding-base has two mating portions each defines a recessed cavity. The recessed cavities correspond to each other when the mating portions are mated. The bottom molding-base and the blow molding-base are respectively assembled to two ends of the main molding-base. The blow molding-base has a gas blowing portion. The main molding-base, the bottom molding-base, and the blow molding-base collectively define a forming space for forming a blank. A threadless plastic blow molding device includes a main molding-base, a bottom molding-base, and a blow molding-base. The main molding-base has two mating portions each defines a recessed cavity. The recessed cavities correspond to each other when the mating portions are mated. The bottom molding-base and the blow molding-base are respectively assembled to two ends of the main molding-base. The blow molding-base has a gas blowing portion. The main molding-base, the bottom molding-base, and the blow molding-base collectively define a forming space for forming a blank. The blow molding-base has an expanded portion extended toward the mating portions. Each of the mating portions has a recessed section corresponding to the expanded portion. SEPARATING SYSTEM FOR CONTAINERS
A separating system for separating individual container products from a frame assembly of plastic material, particularly polypropylene, has at least one stamping device (36) that at least partially separates the respective container product from a frame waste. By the stamping device (36) including a free fall body (52) separating the respective frame waste from the associated container product from an initial position during free fall, the separation can be carried out with very high speed (free fall) and additional mechanical components for applying a constraint force on the stamping body during the creating of the separating line can be omitted.

An article of footwear may include an upper forming a void within the footwear, a sole structure secured to the upper, and a chamber that encloses a pressurized fluid. The sole structure includes a depression. The chamber is located within the void of the upper and located on the depression of the sole structure. The chamber may include a plurality of fluid-filled subchambers, a manifold, and a connection fluidically-connected at least one of the subchambers to the manifold. The subchambers may enclose the pressurized fluid at different pressures. The subchambers may be separated from one another by a bonded area in the direction extending between the heel and toe of the chamber.
BARRIER TUBE SHOULDERS
Provided is a method for making barrier tube shoulders. The method includes forming a parison from a multi-layer laminated structure having an inner layer that faces an interior of the parison, an outer layer comprising an exterior surface of the parison, and an interdisposed layer between the inner layer and the outer layer, wherein the interdisposed layer is a flavor barrier layer. The method also includes providing an extrusion blow molding (EBM) mold comprising at least one cavity shaped as a barrier tube shoulder, positioning the parison in the EBM mold, and blow molding the parison such that the parison substantially conforms to the EBM mold to form a barrier tube shoulder having the barrier layer.
