The electrical heating device includes an upper annular heating resistor element group configured to perform heating around a bottleneck, a middle annular vertical-inserted columnar heating resistor element group configured to perform heating around a bottle body, and a lower annular heating resistor element group configured to perform heating around a bottle bottom. The electrical heating mold has a good heating effect, a low processing cost and a simple structure.
RESIN CONTAINER MANUFACTURING APPARATUS AND RESIN CONTAINER MANUFACTURING METHOD
A blow molding device is provided in which a preform is injection-molded. The injection-molded preform is temperature-controlled by a temperature adjusting unit, and the temperature-adjusted preform is blow-molded, wherein the temperature adjusting unit has a multistage structure in which an uppermost stage has the highest temperature structure, and the mold surface temperatures of lower stages and other than the uppermost stage are set to be 10° C. or more lower than the glass transition temperature of the preform.
Blow moulding machine with tempered base mould
An apparatus for forming plastic preforms into plastic containers with at least one forming station which forms the plastic preforms into the plastic containers by the action of a flowable medium, wherein the forming station has a blow mould which forms a cavity, within which the plastic preforms are formed into the plastic containers. The blow mould has a base part which has an inner contour which forms a base of the containers, wherein the base part has at least one channel for conducting a temperature control medium for temperature control of the base part. A course of the channel is adapted to a course of the inner contour and/or the channel has, on its inner surface facing the temperature control medium, structures and/or cross-sectional changes which influence the flow of the temperature control medium through the channel.
BLOW MOLDING METHOD AND APPARATUS
In a method of forming a container from a thermoplastic material, a thermoplastic preform may be introduced into a blow cavity at a temperature greater than or equal to a glass transition temperature of a thermoplastic material and less than a melting temperature of the thermoplastic material. A fluid pressure may be introduced into a preform that may expand the preform radially outwardly to form a semi-finished container. An external surface of the semi-finished container may be engaged with a wall of the blow cavity. The wall of the blow cavity may be rapidly heated. Heat may be transferred to the external surface of the semi-finished container. A surface finish may be imparted from the wall of the blow cavity onto the external surface of the semi-finished container.

METHOD FOR FABRICATING A CONTAINER AND THE CONTAINER
A container, preferably a bottle, is fabricated in a method comprising: —providing a preform comprising poly(ethylene 2, 5-furandicarboxylate); —stretch blow-molding the preform to form the container, wherein the stretch blow-molding comprises a stretching step of the preform to a ratio higher than the natural draw ratio of poly(ethylene 2, 5-furandicarboxylate) at a temperature in a range of 105° C. to 145° C., preferably in a range of 110° C. to 140° C., and at an equivalent axial strain rate at a reference temperature of 100° C. in the range of 0.001 to 10 s.sup.−1, preferably in a range of 0.03 to 3 s.sup.−1.
Blow mold array, stretch blow molding machine and method
Disclosed is a method for molding plastic preforms into plastic containers using a blow mould assembly including a blow mould unit, wherein a part of the blow mould unit is retained on a blow mould holder element using negative pressure.
Method and molding unit for producing containers with long boxing travel
A method of producing a container (2) from a blank (3) made of plastics material within a mould (4) which is provided with a wall (5) defining a cavity (6) bearing the impression of the container (2), and with a mould base (8) which can move relative to the wall (5) between a retracted position in which it extends in set-back manner relative to the cavity (6) and a deployed position in which it closes the cavity (6). The method includes a boxing stage in which the mould base (8) moves from its retracted position to its deployed position, the travel (C) of the mould base (8) between its retracted position and its deployed position being greater than 20 mm.
