Blow mold array, stretch blow molding machine and method
A blowing mold array includes a blowing mold unit forming a cavity, inside of which plastic preforms are expanded to plastic containers. The blow mold unit includes a blowing mold retainer having at least two mold retainer elements for accommodating parts of the blowing mold unit, and a locking mechanism to arrest at least one part of the blowing mold unit against at least one mold retainer element. The locking mechanism includes an engagement element that can be pivoted and/or shifted relative to a default axis, which in an arrested state abuts a segment of a part of the blowing mold unit. The locking mechanism has an actuating element to loosen the arrest between the mold retaining element and the blowing mold unit. Actuation of the actuating element is coupled with actuation of the engagement element.
CONTAINER TREATMENT SYSTEM AND AUTOMATIC EXCHANGE MACHINE
A container treatment system (1, 13) that has at least two working areas (AP). Each of the working areas (AP) respectively comprises at least one exchangeable working tool (2) and/or one adaptable format part. Furthermore, the container treatment system (1, 13) comprises at least one automatic exchange machine (10) which is movable, in particular drivable, to the at least two working areas (AP), which automatic exchange machine (10) can be connected selectively to any of the respective working areas (AP), in particular using centering means (22, 32), and which automatic exchange machine (10) comprises tools for exchanging the working tools (2) and/or for adapting the format parts of the respective working area (AP). The invention further relates to an automatic exchange machine (10) for exchanging working tools (2) and/or for adapting the format parts of at least two different working areas (AP) of a container treatment system (1, 13).

A support apparatus (3) for supporting at least one neck mold (4) of a plastic container, the apparatus being adapted to be fastened to a lower surface of a rotating device (2) of an injection blow molding machine, said support apparatus comprisinga pair of plates (5) defining a longitudinal axis (X), said plates (5) being adjacent to each other along the axis (X) and separable from each other transversely to said axis (X), and being kept adjacent in a normally closed state by elastic means (6); wherein each plate (5) is provided with at least one respective recess positioned so that, when the plates (5) of said pair of plates are in the normally closed state, at least two recesses are adjacent to each other along said longitudinal axis (X) so as to define a seat for a neck mold (4) comprising a pair of split molds (7), each split mold (7) being capable of being accommodated in a recess of a respective plate (5); a pair of side guides (8) transverse to said longitudinal axis (X), adapted to be fastened to said lower surface of the rotating device (2), each side guide (8) being adapted to support a respective end of the pair of plates (5) from the bottom; wherein the side guides (8) are provided with a respective locking system (9) for locking or unlocking the pair of plates (5) to/from said pair of side guides (8) so that, in an unlocking position, the pair of plates (5) can be extracted transversely to the axis (X) thereof by sliding on the side guides (8).

A blow molding machine includes a support member and a moving mechanism that moves the support member to a projecting position a storing position. The blow molding machine includes a first fixed fulcrum shaft, and the support member includes a base end portion rotatably supported by the first fixed fulcrum shaft and a free end portion provided with a first movable fulcrum shaft. The moving mechanism includes a plurality of links connected rotatably to each other, one of the plurality of links being rotatably supported by the movable fulcrum shaft of the support member, and, when the support member is set at the projecting position, the plurality of links are maintained linearly by a first angle fixing tool, thereby enabling the plurality of links to serve as a leg portion that supports the free end portion of the support member.

Disclosed is a device for molding containers made of thermoplastic material including: a shell-carrier designed to accommodate an interchangeable molding shell including a bearing face resting against a support face of the shell-carrier; a cold-molding shell whose bearing face is shaped to be directly in contact with the support face; and a cooling unit for each shell-carrier. Moreover, the device includes: a hot-molding shell equipped with a heating unit that heat its bearing face; and thermal insulation interposed between the bearing face of the hot-molding shell and the support face of the shell-carrier.
Blow molding machine, mold component mounting method and mold unit
A blow molding machine includes a support member that supports a mold component and a moving mechanism that moves the support member to a projecting position toward the outside of the machine and to a storing position. The machine includes a first fixed fulcrum shaft. The support member includes a base end portion rotatably supported by the first fixed fulcrum shaft and a free end portion having a first movable fulcrum shaft. The moving mechanism has rotatably interconnected links. One link is rotatably supported by the movable fulcrum shaft. In the projecting position, the links are maintained linearly by a first angle fixing tool to serve as a leg portion that supports the support member's free end portion.
Blow moulding machine with changing robot and method of operating it
Apparatus for shaping plastics material pre-forms into plastics material containers includes a conveying device which conveys the pre-forms along a pre-set path. The conveying device has a movable station carrier arranged at least indirectly on a stationary base carrier on which are arranged a plurality of shaping stations which have in each case blow moulding devices which have cavities, inside which the pre-forms are shaped. The apparatus has a changing device for removing the blow moulding devices from the blow mould carriers and/or for arranging blow moulding devices on the blow mould carriers. The changing device has a first control device for controlling a removing and/or an arranging movement of the blow moulding devices on the blow mould carriers, and a second control device for controlling a blow moulding procedure, wherein the first control device and the second control device preferably co-operate at least for a time.
BLOW MOULDING MACHINE WITH A CHANGING ROBOT AND A GRIPPING DEVICE AND A METHOD FOR ITS OPERATION
An apparatus for shaping plastics material pre-forms into plastics material containers has a conveying device which conveys the plastics material pre-forms along a pre-set conveying path. The conveying device has a movable station carrier arranged at least indirectly on a stationary base carrier and on which a plurality of shaping stations are arranged. The shaping stations have blow moulding devices which form cavities inside which the plastics material preforms are shaped to form plastics material containers. The blow moulding devices are arranged on blow mould carriers. The apparatus has a changing device suitable for removing at least the blow moulding devices from the blow mould carriers and/or arranging blow moulding devices on the blow mould carriers. A changing device has a gripping device for gripping the blow moulding device, wherein this gripping device is movable in at least two different directions and is pivotable about at least three different axes.
