METHOD FOR FORMING CONTAINERS FROM PREFORMS CARRIED BY SUCCESSIVE MOULDS
A method for forming containers from preforms. The method includes loading successive preforms into successive molds at a mold loading station, each mold having a mold cavity in the shape of the containers to be produced. The containers being formed in a forming station by injecting a gaseous or liquid fluid into the preform in order to expand the preform and acquires the shape of the container defined by the mold cavity. The steps performed at the mold loading station and the forming station are distinct from each other, and a transferring step occurs at a transferring station arranged between the mold loading station and the forming station where successive molds containing the preforms are transferred from the mold loading station to the forming station.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF PLASTIC CONTAINERS WITH NONCIRCULAR CROSS SECTION
Plastic preforms are transported during their heating along a predetermined transport path and rotated with respect to their longitudinal axis during transport along a first transport path section to achieve uniform heating of the plastic preforms in the circumferential direction. The plastic preforms remain at least in sections in a predetermined first rotational position with respect to their longitudinal axis during their transport along a second transport path section so that first predetermined circumferential sections of the plastic preforms are heated differently from second predetermined circumferential portions of the plastic preforms. The plastic preforms remain at least in sections in a predetermined second rotational position with respect to their longitudinal axis during their transport along the second transport path section, the first and the second rotational position differing from one another by a predetermined differential angle.
RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT INFORMATION MANAGEMENT METHOD, METHOD FOR PRODUCING RESIN CONTAINER, RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT INFORMATION MANAGEMENT DEVICE, AND BLOW MOLDING DEVICE
This information management method for a resin molded product in a molding device for intermittently producing resin molded products includes: classifying the resin molded products into molded product groups for each molding cycle; acquiring an information group for each of the molded product groups; and recording the acquired information groups in association with the molded product groups.

Sorting device and feed rail for plastic preforms
Apparatus for transporting plastic preforms, has a sorting device configured for sorting plastic preforms and a transport device arranged after the sorting device in a transport direction. The transport device includes a first support rail and a second support rail for carrying the plastic preforms between the first and second support rails along the direction of transport. The sorting device has two rollers spaced apart from one another, between which the plastic performs are guided. The apparatus has an adjustment mechanism for adjusting at least one lateral spacing of the support rails, wherein this adjustment mechanism has several adjustment units which are arranged one behind the other along the transport direction, wherein these adjustment units each enable an adjustment of the lateral spacing and wherein these adjustment units are mechanically coupled such that the adjustment units can be adjusted together.
Method for managing preforms immobilized in a heating station following an interruption in production
The invention relates to a method for controlling confined preforms which are stopped in a heating station during a production interruption, the heating station comprising a device for conveying preforms comprising individual supports which move in a closed circuit and a heating cavity which is bordered by at least one row of transmitters of monochromatic electromagnetic radiation. The method includes a step of heating, by the transmitters of the heating cavity, the confined preforms referred to as “cold” preforms which have been stopped before being exposed to the electromagnetic radiation emitted by the transmitters.
