METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING LIQUID-CONTENTS-FILLED CONTAINERS FROM PREFORMS BY CONTENTS BEING INTRODUCED INTO THE PREFORM UNDER PRESSURE
The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for producing containers filled with a liquid filling material from preforms by introducing pressurized filling material into the preform. The object of the invention is to propose such a method and such an apparatus in which both the desired filling pressure and the desired volumetric flow rate of the filling material are reliably available throughout the entire molding and filling phase. The object of the invention is achieved by a method in which the filling material is pressurized by a pressure pump 7 and is introduced into the preform 1 through a filling valve 6 at a molding and filling station 3, said method being characterized in that, when the filling valve 6 is closed, a pressure accumulator 10 disposed between the pump 7 and the filling valve 6 is pressurized by the pump 7 and filled with a volume of filling material, and when the filling valve 6 is open, the pressure accumulator 10 delivers the accumulated pressurized filling material to the preform 1. The object of the invention is further achieved by a corresponding apparatus that comprises a pressure pump 7 and a filling valve 6, connected to one another by a feed line 2, characterized in that said apparatus comprises a pressure accumulator 10, disposed in the feed line 2 between the pressure pump 7 and the filling valve 6.
Method and device for tempering preforms
A method for tempering preforms in a blowing machine, wherein at least one heating box is arranged along a transport path for the preforms. The heating box has reflective walls and forms a heating channel through which the preforms are guided. The heating box also has a heater for heating the preforms in the heating channel, and a cooling device, having a blower, for cooling the reflective walls. The walls are cooled by a quantity of air flowing along the walls outside the heating channel. The heating output of the heater is adjustable. A control device provides open-loop and closed-loop control of the cooling output produced by the cooling device, in particular the supplied quantity of air, depending on the respective heating output of the heater, depending on a measurement of the heating output.
BLOW MOLDING MACHINE COMPRISING A TEMPERATURE REGULATING DEVICE
Provided is a machine and method for reshaping plastic parisons into plastic containers, with a mold which has a cavity for the plastic parison to be reshaped, wherein this mold has at least two blow mold parts, wherein each of these blow mold parts has an inner wall which is suitable for forming a region of the plastic parison to be reshaped, wherein these blow mold parts are mounted movably with respect to one another between an open position, in which the blow mold parts are at least partially separated from one another, and a closed position, in which the blow mold parts abut one another, in order together to form the cavity for reshaping the plastic parisons.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF FILLED CONTAINERS FROM THERMALLY CONDITIONED PREFORMS
A method and device for producing containers filled with liquid content from preforms made of thermoplastic material. The liquid content is fed as a pressure medium into thermally conditioned preforms during a forming and filling phase in a mold of one of a plurality of forming stations arranged circumferentially spaced apart on a common, continuously rotationally driven working wheel. A compensating device compensates for thermal consequences of centrifugal force acting on the liquid content fed into the preform during the forming and filling phase. The compensating device imparts a temperature profile to the preform in a circumferential direction, which is not point-symmetrical in relation to a longitudinal axis of the preform to produce a thermally differentiated partial circumferential region. The preform is inserted into the mold such that the thermally differentiated partial circumferential region faces in a radial direction of the working wheel.
Glossy container
A method of blow molding a glossy article having at least one layer of thermoplastic material. The method comprises the steps of feeding a parison of said thermoplastic material into a mold having an inner surface with at least a portion of SPI finish standard selected from the group consisting of A-1, A-2, A-3, B-1, B-2 and B-3 mold and a first temperature of greater than 55 C.; blowing the parison against the inner surface of the mold to form the article; and subsequently lowering the temperature of the mold to a second temperature of between 10 C. to 55 C. before release of the molded article. The cycle time of the mold (t.sub.ct) is less than 250 seconds.

Apparatus (1) for manufacturing sterile containers (2), comprising: a shaping unit (3) for shaping the containers (2); a chemical sterilising unit (4) for sterilising the shaped containers (2) by means of a sterilising agent; a first box-like case (5) configured to delimit a first volume (6) inside which the containers (2) move forward during their transferral from the shaping unit (3) to the sterilising unit (4), a first air pressurising device (7) for pressurising the air, which is located externally of the first volume (6) and configured to introduce therein air having pressure comprised between 1 Pa and 10 Pa, the pressurising device (7) comprising at least one first fan (8) and at least one first heating element (9) configured to maintain the temperature of the pressurised air over the dew point of the sterilising agent.

The disclosure relates to the production of containers comprising: a heating device for preforms of the containers, the heating effect of which is adjustable, a forming device such as a stretch blow-molding device for forming the preforms into containers, a measuring device which is designed to perform a transmission measurement for light, such as infrared light, which passes through the container, a closed-loop control which is designed to process the result of the transmission measurement and a target value of the transmission measurement and, based upon the result of the transmission measurement and the target value, to adjust the heating effect of the heating device and/or one or more adjustable parameters of the forming device. The disclosure further relates to a corresponding method.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a novel production method which makes it possible to obtain a molded product containing a P3HB-based resin through an injection blow molding method and a technique for using such a method. The object is achieved by providing a method for producing a molded product containing a P3HB-based resin, the method including the steps of: (A) plasticizing a resin composition containing a P3HB-based resin; (B) subjecting the plasticized resin composition obtained in the step (A) to injection molding to obtain a preform; and (C) subjecting the preform obtained in the step (B) to blow molding to obtain a molded product.

A blow molding device is provided in which a preform is injection-molded. The injection-molded preform is temperature-controlled by a temperature adjusting unit, and the temperature-adjusted preform is blow-molded, wherein the temperature adjusting unit has a multistage structure in which an uppermost stage has the highest temperature structure, and the mold surface temperatures of lower stages and other than the uppermost stage are set to be 10 C. or more lower than the glass transition temperature of the preform.

A method for minimizing a deviation of a physical parameter of a blow-molded container from a target value comprises determining a physical parameter of a container assigned to a machine parameter value of a blow molding machine and an environmental condition, based on the physical parameter and the target value, determining a change in the machine parameter, based on an iteration process, determining an optimal machine parameter value for achieving a minimum deviation from the target value of the physical parameter of a blow-molded container, the iteration process comprising a first iteration step for determining a deviation from the target value of the physical parameter of a blow-molded container based on a change in the machine parameter value, and a second iteration step for determining an adjusted change in the machine parameter value based on the deviation of the physical parameter of a blow-molded container from the target value.
