Therapeutic, fitness, and sports enhancement device
A therapeutic, fitness, and sports enhancement device which includes a cylindrically shaped body having a predetermined density and predetermined diameter, the body including a plurality of projections of a predetermined shape. One or more of the predetermined density and the predetermined diameter in combination with the predetermined shape of the projections optimize mobilization of soft tissue structures of the human body.
LETTER BOX WITH AUTO RIVETING
An apparatus to produce a letterbox using a strip of material includes: a bender to receive and bend the strip of material into a desired shape of a letterbox including flanges and notches, and the bender to bend at least one end of the strip of material slightly to produce a slight bent; a processor to measure a first plurality of hole positions on a first end of the strip of material and a second plurality of hole positions on flanges of the strip of material, wherein the first plurality of hole positions on the first end are measured to match a first plurality of holes on a second end of the strip of material, wherein the second plurality of hole positions on the flanges are measured to match a second plurality of holes on a base plate; and a puncher to punch the first plurality of holes on at least one of the first end and the second end of the strip of material according to the first plurality of hole positions, and the puncher to punch the second plurality of holes on the flanges according to the second plurality of hole positions.

Non-compliant medical balloon
A non-compliant fiber-reinforced medical balloon comprises a first fiber layer and a second fiber layer embedded in a continuous matrix of thermally-weldable polymer material defining a barrel wall, cone walls and neck walls. The fibers of the first fiber layer have a pattern of different lengths and are divisible into a first group and a second group based on length. The length of the fibers of the second group varies progressively in accordance to their proximity to the fibers of the first group; the fibers of the second group closest to the fibers of the first group being longer than the fibers of the second group further from the fibers of the first group. The fiber of the second fiber layer winds circumferentially around the longitudinal axis of the balloon substantially over the entire length of the balloon.

Arrow fletching system and method
A system and method for arrow fletching by bonding vanes to a vinyl wrap allows for efficient, accurate fletching of arrows. The vanes are placed into a number of slits positioned on a jig plate. The jig plate in a holder is placed into a heat press, thereby bonding the vanes to the vinyl wrapping and creating a fletched arrow wrap. Once the fletched arrow wraps are cooled they are placed in a fletching jig, with an adhesive coating on the backside of the wrap exposed by removing a paper backing. The shaft of each arrow is rolled over the adhesive coating such that the wrap becomes affixed to the shaft of the arrow, thereby fletching the shaft.
Cold Cup Sleeve
A sleeve for being positioned about the outside surface of a container, such as a beverage container or cup, for absorbing or collecting condensate disposed on the outside surface of the container to inhibit condensate from pooling at the base of the container, as well as to keep condensate from coming into contact with a user. In one form, the sleeve is configured to absorb the condensate with an absorbent material. In other forms, the sleeve has a non-absorbent inner surface that includes entrapment features for collecting, trapping, or dispersing condensate without absorbing the condensate. In some forms, the sleeve is provided with both absorbent and non-absorbent materials. The sleeve is formed with one or more layers of material, such as paper or polymer film.
LAMINATING DEVICE AND A METHOD FOR LAMINATING A DECOR LAYER ONTO A CARRIER PART
A laminating device and method for laminating a decor layer onto a carrier part includes a lower tool with a support region for receiving the carrier part, an upper tool including a pressing surface for exerting a pressing pressure onto the decor layer which is arranged between an upper side of the carrier part and the pressing surface, and at least one movable slider for edge-folding an overhang of the decor layer around an edge of the carrier part by way of pressing the slider against the overhang of the decor layer. A distance between the lower tool and the pressing surface can be enlarged or reduced. The lower tool includes a first membrane, wherein the arrangement of the first membrane and the slider to one another is such that the first membrane is movable onto the slider, for pressing the slider against the overhang of the decor layer.
Catheters with lubricious linings and methods for making and using them
Apparatus and methods are provided for creating tubular devices, e.g., as components for catheters, sheaths, and or other devices sized for introduction into a patient. In one embodiment, a method is provided for making a tubular device using a sheet of material including a coated first surface. The sheet is rolled around a mandrel until longitudinal edges of the sheet are disposed near or adjacent one another, e.g., without attaching the longitudinal edges together. A tubular braid is positioned over the sheet-wrapped mandrel, one or more tubular segments are positioned over the tubular braid, and heat shrink tubing is positioned over the tubular segments. The resulting assembly is heated to cause the tubular segments to at least partially reflow and/or otherwise laminate the tubular segments to the tubular braid and sheet. The heat shrink tubing and mandrel are then removed to create the tubular device.
CLAD DUCT
A clad duct comprising an outer sheet of thermoplastic material and an inner duct of rigid foam is disclosed. The outer sheet of thermoplastic material is bonded to the inner duct. The outer sheet has a first edge and a second edge and a seal is provided to seal the first edge and the second edge.
