PEX Expanding Tool
An expanding tool comprising: an actuator comprising a cylindrical housing that defines an actuator housing cavity; a primary ram disposed within the actuator housing cavity, the primary ram defining an internal primary ram cavity; a secondary ram disposed within the internal primary ram cavity; a cam roller carrier coupled to a distal end of the secondary ram; a drive collar positioned within a distal end of the actuator housing cavity; a roller clutch disposed within an internal cavity defined by an inner surface of the drive collar; a shuttle cam positioned between the roller clutch and a distal end of the primary ram; an expander cone coupled to the primary ram; and an expander head operably coupled to the drive collar. When triggered, the actuator first rotates the expander head and then the actuator expands the expander head.
PEX Expanding Tool
A tool operable to expand an end of a pipe, such as PEX pipe, has a jaw assembly with jaws movable between a closed position and an expanded position and rotatable about a longitudinal axis. A motor drives an output spindle driven by the motor, which in turn drives a radial cam. A wedge is movable by the radial cam in a reciprocating motion along the axis, causing the wedge to move between a first position where the jaws are in the closed position and a second position where the jaws are in the expanded position. A rotating ring is mounted on the wedge and connected to the jaws. The rotating ring is driven by the output spindle for rotating the jaws about the axis.

ELECTRIC PIPE EXPANDER
An electric pipe expander and intelligent control circuit for the electric pipe expander are provided. The electric pipe expander includes a pipe expander body and a mandrel sliding cavity disposed on the pipe expander body. A chuck body capable of clamping a pipe to be processed is disposed at an opening end of the mandrel sliding cavity. A mandrel is slidingly connected in the mandrel sliding cavity, an outer side end of the mandrel is provided with an obliquely disposed pipe expanding cone, an inner side end of the mandrel is provided with an elastic body accommodating cavity. Flat keys are disposed on the mandrel, and an elastic body is clamped and disposed between the flat keys and a bottom surface of the elastic body accommodating cavity.
TUBING EXPANSION TOOLS AND SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR LEAK DETECTION
A method of identifying a leak around a fitting in a tubing system includes connecting a source of heated air to an inlet of the tubing system, inspecting segments of the tubing system using a thermal detector, identifying segments of the tubing system that are warmer than other segments of the tubing system, and following the warmer segments of the tubing system to identify the leak around the fitting.
STATION FOR HEATING PIPES MADE OF THERMOPLASTIC MATERIAL
Described is a station for heating a plurality of end portions of pipes made of thermoplastic material, comprising a plurality of heating elements equipped with short wave radiation units, a plurality of housings alongside each other and lying aligned on a horizontal plane, each housing being designed to accommodate a respective pipe and comprising at least one external heating element and at least one internal heating element.
PEX tubing expander head
An expansion toolhead configured to enable the expansion of multiple different sized diameters of cross-linked polyethylene (PEX) tubing with a single expansion toolhead. The expansion toolhead including a cap operably coupled to an expansion tool, and a plurality of jaws forming a 360 degree jaw section operably coupled to the cap, each of the plurality of jaws including an expansion tool interface portion forming a conical recess enabling a cone-shaped wedge of the expansion tool to move the jaw section between an unexpanded position and an expanded position, and a PEX tubing interface portion having a distal end, a proximal end and a plurality of lands positioned therebetween configured to form a corresponding plurality of substantially uniform diameter portions of the jaw section sequentially increasing m diameter between the distal end and the proximal end for the expansion of multiple different standard sized diameters of PEX tubing.

PIPE EXPANDER
A pipe expander includes: a shell; a top shell, where the top shell is fixedly connected to a top of the shell; a conical head, where the conical head is arranged in the shell and can be extended and retracted; a ratchet mechanism, where the ratchet mechanism is sleeved on the conical head; and a deflection mechanism, where the deflection mechanism is located in the shell. The present application has the advantages of enhancing the effect of expansion and making expanding force uniform.
PEX expander
An expanding tool for widening pipe ends having an ergonomic design. The expanding tool uses a transmission which drives a cam offset at a distance from a motor axis to drive a number of jaws which move from a closed position to an open position to widen a pipe end. The expanding tool has a balanced positioning of components across the expanding tool's length achieving ergonomic benefits for a user.
