Hydrogen supply piping and method of manufacturing hydrogen supply piping
There is provided a hydrogen supply piping for supplying hydrogen to a fuel cell, the hydrogen supply piping includes a flow path pipe member through which the hydrogen flows, and a coating member having a tube shape for covering an outer surface of the flow path pipe member. The coating member is divided into a plurality of divided pieces in pipe axis directions of the hydrogen supply piping. The divided pieces are disposed in the pipe axis directions so that an end of one of the divided pieces overlaps with an end of the adjacent divided piece. The divided pieces are wrapped tightly around an outer surface of the flow path pipe member by thermal contraction.

Non-compliant medical balloon
A non-compliant fiber-reinforced medical balloon comprises a first fiber layer and a second fiber layer embedded in a continuous matrix of thermally-weldable polymer material defining a barrel wall, cone walls and neck walls. The fibers of the first fiber layer have a pattern of different lengths and are divisible into a first group and a second group based on length. The length of the fibers of the second group varies progressively in accordance to their proximity to the fibers of the first group; the fibers of the second group closest to the fibers of the first group being longer than the fibers of the second group further from the fibers of the first group. The fiber of the second fiber layer winds circumferentially around the longitudinal axis of the balloon substantially over the entire length of the balloon.
Lightweight thermal management material for enhancement of through-thickness thermal conductivity
A flexible sheet of aligned carbon nanotubes includes an array of aligned nanotubes held in a polymer matrix material. The carbon nanotubes have an average length of between about 50 microns and about 500 microns. The polymer matrix has an average thickness of between about 10 microns and about 500 microns. The flexible sheet has a density of about 0.2 to about 1.0 g/cc and includes between about 98 to about 60 weight percent aligned carbon nanotubes and between about 2 and about 40 weight percent polymer. A tape of aligned carbon nanotubes, a method for producing a tape of aligned carbon nanotubes, a method of producing the flexible aligned carbon nanotube sheet material and a method of increasing unidirectional heat conduction from a work piece are also disclosed.
