A device for coating of workpieces, which preferably includes, at least in sections, wood, wooden materials, plastics, aluminium or the like. The device includes a feed device for feeding a coating material, a pressing device for pressing the coating material onto a surface of the workpiece, a conveyor device for causing a relative motion between the pressing device and the respective workpiece, and a first joining device for applying and/or activating an adhesive agent on a coating material fed by the feed device and/or a surface to be coated of the workpiece. The device further includes at least a second joining device for applying and/or activating an adhesive agent on a coating material fed by the feed device and/or a surface to be coated of the workpiece.
Method of making interlocking joint for pile encapsulation jackets
Embodiments provide a method for forming a groove on a pile encapsulation jacket to form an interlocking joint on the pile encapsulation jacket. A spacer may be used to form the groove. First, a pile jacket laminate is formed on a mandrel surface. The pile jacket laminate may be partially cured to have a solid but sticky surface. The spacer may be placed on the pile jacket laminate. An additional layer of laminate may be formed on at least a portion of the pile jacket laminate and at least a portion of the spacer. The entire structure may be cured and the spacer may be removed. A groove is formed between the pile jacket laminate and the additional layer of laminate at a space previously occupied by the spacer. The groove has the same width as the portion of the spacer that was covered with the additional layer of laminate.

The present application discloses a bottle manufacturing method and a bottle, which comprises steps of: manufacturing a protection layer; printing an artwork on a surface of the protection layer; manufacturing a transparent layer; laminating the protection layer and the transparent layer having the artwork printed; arranging the protection layer and the transparent layer on a bottle body to make the artwork locate between the protection layer and the transparent layer. By printing the artwork between the protection layer and the transparent layer, the present application provides the artwork a good protection to prevent the artwork from worn, and makes the product a relatively high decoration quality.

A method of making a paint roller cover includes feeding a single strip of polypropylene, by a core material strip feeder, onto a mandrel; heating the single strip of polypropylene, by a heater, before the single strip of polypropylene is wound about the mandrel; and overlapping edges of the single strip of polypropylene as the single strip of polypropylene is wound about the mandrel so that the overlapped edges fuse together. The method also includes applying an adhesive, by an adhesive applicator, to an outer surface of the single strip of polypropylene; and feeding a strip of fabric cover material, by a fabric cover strip feeder, about the mandrel and onto the outer surface of the single strip of polypropylene.
LAMINATING MACHINE, LAMINATING METHOD, AND MANUFACTURING SYSTEM FOR HEAT-INSULATING CARDBOARD
A laminating machine, laminating method, and manufacturing system for heat-insulating cardboard are provided, featuring a high degree of automation to increase manufacture efficiency. The laminating machine includes: an adhesive-applying mechanism (1) having a cardboard-pressing roller (11) and a first adhesive-applying roller (12) that are vertically aligned and form a gap therebetween through which cardboard (10) can be friction-fed; and a laminating section (2) downstream of the adhesive-applying mechanism (1) and having upper and lower pressure rollers (21, 22) that are vertically aligned and form a gap therebetween through which the cardboard (10) can be friction-fed, with a second adhesive-applying roller (23) provided near the lower end of the lower pressure roller (22) and forming a gap therewith through which a heat-insulating material (20) can be friction-fed in order to be rolled onto and adhesively bonded to the lower surface of the cardboard (10) by the lower pressure roller (22).

In one implementation, a dual pane fabric arrangement includes a first pane of fabric and a second pane of fabric separated by an intra-layer gap, and an insert layer disposed in the intra-layer gap, wherein the insert layer causes a thickness of the intra-layer gap to change responsive to changes in ambient temperature.
Laminating process employing grid-like adhesive application
The present invention relates to a process for laminating components with sheets, in which an adhesive is applied to the surface of the laminating sheet and/or of the component in a grid-like manner, so that, after the sheet and the component are joined, the adhesive is arranged between the sheet and the component, and the regions between the applied adhesive form a channel system that enables the removal of the air that is present between the component and the sheet. The invention further relates to a laminated molded part obtainable by the above-outlined process. The use of an adhesive grid provided between a component and a laminating sheet results in a reduction or prevention of air inclusions when the component is laminated with a laminating sheet.
