Multi-material three-dimensional printer with underlying adjustable binder
A jetted binder printing system includes a carrier substrate configured to travel along a longitudinal direction thereof, an adjustable binder printer configured to deliver an adjustable binder to the carrier substrate, a dispensing module located downstream from the adjustable binder printer on the longitudinal direction of the carrier substrate, the dispensing module including at least one powder container, the dispensing module being configured to dispense powder onto the carrier substrate, and a primary binder printer located downstream from the compaction module along the longitudinal direction of the carrier substrate. The primary binder printer includes a print head configured to print a primary binder on the dispensed powder according to a desired pattern. The primary binder is printed on a surface of the powder that is opposite a surface on which the adjustable binder is printed. The primary binder is printed to match the pattern of the adjustable binder.

Method for producing a robot element in particular a gripper, by means of 3D printing
A method for 3D printing of a robot element, more particularly a finger for use in robotics. At least one sensor is concomitantly printed by means of multi-material printing during the printing of the robot element. A gripping element produced by a method of this kind includes a number of printed layers of robot element material and a concomitantly printed sensor.
Three-Dimensional Printer Head Including a Dielectric Barrier Discharge (DBD) Disk and a Transformer Assembly
A printer head for a three-dimensional printer includes a dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) disk configured to generate a plasma, where the DBD disk requires a high voltage alternating current (AC) voltage signal to generate the plasma. The printer head also includes a transformer assembly including a transformer and a housing that contains the transformer. The transformer is configured to transform an incoming AC voltage signal into the high voltage AC signal for the DBD disk. The printer head also includes an electrical wire that electrically connects the transformer to the DBD disk. The printer head also includes a wire guide defining a passageway, where a portion of the electrical wire is received by the passageway in the wire guide. The passageway of the wire guide is shaped to direct the electrical wire towards the DBD disk.
PROCESS FOR CREATING A THREE-DIMENSIONAL STRUCTURE IN A LITHOGRAPHY MATERIAL VIA A LASER LITHOGRAPHY DEVICE
Method (and apparatus) for producing a 3D target structure in lithographic material. Focus region of a laser writing beam travels through a scanning manifold through the lithographic material. In the focus region of the laser writing beam, an exposure dose is irradiated into the lithographic material, and a structure region is locally defined. At least one exposure data set which represents a local exposure dose for the scan manifold as a function of location is determined. A structure which approximates the target structure is defined based on at least one exposure data set. This structure is analyzed and at least one analysis data set which represents the analyzed structure is determined. Deviation data set which represents deviations of the already defined structure from the target structure is determined. At least one correction exposure data set is determined. Correction structure based on the at least one correction exposure data set is defined.
