HOUSEHOLD ANIMAL TRANSPORT CLEARINGHOUSE PLATFORM AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF
System and methods for administering travel arrangements for a household animal are provided. Attributes of the household animal, destination for the household animal, and transport used for travel to the destination can be used to evaluate whether the household animal is eligible to travel according to a travel itinerary, including boarding a transportation vehicle associated with the transport and arriving at the destination. One attribute of the household animal is whether the household animal is identified as a pet or as a service animal of the user. These techniques may allow for consumers and animal transportation providers to manage household animal documents in a centralized location and allow for streamlined compliance with common carrier, trade association, international, federal, and state requirements for household animal transport as well as a streamlined booking process.
Intelligent pet monitoring method for robot
The present disclosure provides an intelligent pet monitoring method for a robot. A mutual position relationship between a pet and a robot is determined according to wireless communication between a wireless signal device on the pet and the robot, and then a grid position corresponding to the pet in a grid map constructed by the robot is determined according to the mutual position relationship. Daily activities of the pet may also be regular, to a certain extent, under the influence of a biological clock of the pet, so that big data generated by the grid positions of the pet at different time points is finally recorded to construct the pet daily activity model, and the daily activity trajectory of the pet may be predicted according to the pet daily activity model.
SMART TAG SYSTEM FOR LIVESTOCK
In one or more arrangements, a tag system for monitoring of livestock is presented. The system includes at least one tag and a control system communicatively connected to the tag. In one or more arrangements, the tag includes a housing and a connector configured to operably connect with the housing to facilitate attachment of the tag to an animal. The tag also includes a set of sensors. In one or more arrangements, the set of sensors includes a first temperature sensor configured to monitor a temperature of the animal (animal reference temperature), a second temperature sensor configured to monitor an ambient temperature (ambient reference temperature) of the environment where the animal is located, a gyroscopic sensor, and/or an accelerometer sensor. In one or more arrangements, the tag includes an electronic circuit positioned within the housing and configured to communicate data from the set of sensors to the control system.
Animal Handling Device
Described herein is an animal handling device in the form of a cattle crush with automated headbail capture, back bar operation and positional sensing along with methods of use thereof. The crush and method offer automation for functions that in the art have been largely manual and inherently labour intensive, physical and even potentially dangerous for the operator and/or animal.
FARM SYSTEM
A farm system comprising a plurality of smart tags which are each configured to be worn by an animal, a transmitter and receiver unit for wireless communication with the smart tag, one control unit which is communicatively connected to the transmitter and receiver unit and a farm unit which can be controlled by the control unit. Each smart tag comprises at least one sensor and is configured for wirelessly transmitting information obtained by one of the sensors to the transmitter and receiver unit, wherein the transmitter and receiver unit is configured for supplying the received information to the control unit and wherein the control unit is configured for processing the received information and, at least on the basis of this processed information, controlling at least a farm unit and/or generating a report signal for indicating to a user of the system that an activity is to be carried out.
Automated method and system for feeding animals
A feeding station for at least one animal, said feeding station comprising: at least one supply hopper having a food product; a food dispensing unit having means for dispensing controlled portions of said food product; a weigh hopper for receiving said food product from said food dispensing unit; a hemi-circular disc-shaped feeding platform for receiving said food product from said weigh hopper; a hemi-frustoconical sweeping member rotatable on a top surface of said hemi-circular disc-shaped feeding platform to remove unconsumed food product off said feeding platform after a feeding event.
Automatically detachable collar pendant system
The automatically detachable collar pendant system is structured so that when the system receives a signal, one end of the collar is released from the rest of the collar body, thereby unfastening the collar and allowing the collar to fall off of a target animal. The “signal” may comprise a magnetic or induction heat signal. In the preferred embodiment, the signal is received (and the collar is unfastened) when the target animal feeds at a specially-equipped bait station.
Wireless automated animal monitoring system
A smart cage includes radiofrequency transceivers and tags attached to laboratory animals. The tags include sensors to detect monitorable conditions of the laboratory animals. The sensors include working electrodes, counter electrodes, reference electrodes, and potentiostats. The top surface of the electrodes is coated with ionophores or enzymes which detect the monitorable conditions of the laboratory animals.
TECHNOLOGIES FOR MANAGING THE HEALTH OF LIVESTOCK
Technologies for managing the health of livestock include one or more livestock health sensor systems configured to determine livestock health data of livestock animals. The livestock health data includes livestock health characteristic data indicative of a health characteristic of the corresponding livestock animal associated livestock identification data that uniquely identifies each livestock animal. The livestock identification data is received by each livestock health sensor system from a livestock identification tag coupled to the corresponding livestock animal. Each livestock health sensor system transmits the determined livestock health data to a livestock health monitoring server, which aggregates the livestock health data for each livestock animal and analyzes the health data to determine whether any abnormalities are present. If so, the livestock health monitoring server may control a livestock treatment device to provide treatment to the corresponding livestock animal on a per-animal basis.
CHILD VEHICULAR ABANDONMENT PREVENTION SYSTEM
The present invention, in one form, is an absolute prevention system that will not allow anyone to leave an infant/child or pet in a vehicle unattended mistakenly or intentionally. The system comprises an ECM/ECU with auxiliary wiring connections from the host vehicle wiring, such as the ignition, A/C and heat, door ajar, vehicle seat weight sensors and ABS sensor, interior display screen, door locks, power windows, interior speakers and the vehicles' theft alarm system. In addition, the ECM/ECU will allow connections for a flow sensor/meter, passive infrared sensors, temperature sensor, wireless antenna, voice module, ISO pet chip reader and a hardwired harness. The ECM/ECU is capable of employing 911, GPS location and text message logged love ones.
