Automated Feeding, Sorting, and Packaging System for a Farm with Robots Working on Plants
An automated feeding, sorting, and packaging system includes a first conveyor belt and a second conveyor belt adjacent to the first conveyor belt. The second conveyor belt moves slightly faster than the first conveyor belt. A rotating size separation tool has slits or pockets, and is located between the first and second conveyor belt. The automated feeding, sorting, and packaging system also includes a backlit conveyor belt. A vision guided robot is arranged adjacent to the backlit conveyor belt. The vision guided robot is provided with a robotic gripper and a vision sensor. At least one scales is arranged adjacent to the vision guided robot. An arrangement of temporary storage bins is arranged adjacent to the vision guided robot. The automated feeding, sorting, and packaging system also includes a container handling system. A computer-based control system is connected to the vision guided robot and to the at least one scales.
HEMP HARVESTING METHOD AND APPARATUS
A method for harvesting hemp, including first identifying a hemp stripper machine including a frame having a front side, an oppositely disposed ejection side, and an access side extending therebetween; a roller drum assembly rotatably mounted within the frame and further comprising a weighted cylindrical drum; and a plurality of elongated brush heads operationally connected to the weighted cylindrical drum; wherein the brush heads are staggered about the drum; a pivotable cradle table extending from the front side; an access opening on the front side for feeding hemp through to the roller drum assembly; a motor operationally connected to the roller drum assembly; and an ejection port on the ejection side, positioned to receive harvested hemp from the roller drum assembly, then energizing the motor, guiding a hemp plant portion through the access opening and into the roller drum assembly, removing seeds and leaves from the hemp plant portion, expelling hemp seeds and leaves through the ejection port, and collecting hemp seeds and leaves as expelled through the ejection port;
OPEN SYSTEM CRYO TUMBLE TRIMMER
A tumble trimmer system having a tumbler barrel with a perforated axle adapted for introducing a freezing agent such as liquid carbon dioxide or other liquefied gas adapted to flash freeze the plant material when infused into the mesh tumbler barrel, the mesh tumbler barrel adapted with mesh netting or screening for trimming and/or separating plant material enclosed therein, and with an open funnel or chute positioned below the tumbler barrel adapted to catch and direct trimmed and/or separated plant material exiting the tumbler barrel into a bin or container positioned under the funnel or chute, wherein the perforated axle comprises a plurality of perforations positioned around a circumference of and along an entire length of the axle.
Crop harvesting system with plant stripping apparatus
A system for removing parts from plants rooted in an agricultural field while leaving other parts of the plants rooted in the agricultural field may include a harvester apparatus with an intake throat formed by structures such as the combination of an infeed head and infeed conveyor, a pair of stripping assemblies including stripping belts, or stripping assemblies including stripping members such as chains.
Method of separating flower from stalk
An apparatus and method for separating plant flowers from stalks by means of a lateral rotating tube having a plurality of flexible, elongated members affixed to and extending radially outward from the tube. The apparatus may include a platform and a frame supporting the tube above the platform to accommodate plants held between the platform and the tube so that when the tube is rotating, the elongated members affixed thereto brush against the plants and cause the flowers to brush off at and separate from the stalks. The frame further supports a housing to form a contained space, with a hood to direct the flow of flowers after separation from the stalks. The back wall is positioned a distance away from the platform to allow separated flower and stalk to be eliminated from the apparatus.
Stalky crop harvesting system and process
A harvesting system for harvesting stalky plants is mountable on a power unit such as an agricultural or construction tractor having hydraulic power and/or a power takeoff (PTO). The system includes at least a reel-based harvesting head configured to cut off at least the tops of the plants and to transport the cut plants laterally of the harvesting system without threshing or otherwise processing the plants. The harvesting head may be mounted on, for example, an upper lift arm assembly or a three-point hitch mechanism of the power unit. If the harvesting head is mounted on the upper lift arm assembly of an agricultural tractor, a second harvesting head may be mountable on the tractor's three-point hitch mechanism beneath the first harvesting head for cutting stalks near their base, gathering the cut stalks, and windrowing the cut stalks behind the second harvesting head.
AUTOMATIC TRIMMING OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS
Implementations described herein relate to methods, systems, apparatuses, and computer-readable media for computer-assisted and automatic harvest, sorting, pruning, and trimming of agricultural products. In one implementation, the agricultural product may be a hemp or cannabis product. In one implementation, the agricultural product is automatically pruned through use an artificial intelligence (AI)-generated cutting path. In one implementation, the agricultural product is supported by a clamping assembly. In one implementation, the agricultural product is imaged in a positive-pressure imaging assembly. In one implementation, the agricultural product is automatically trimmed in a positive pressure cutting assembly.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR HARVESTING TEXTILE HEMP
The present invention relates to a method of harvesting textile hemp, the method comprising mowing the hemp and wherein the cut stems are held between crossed conveyor belts and then rotated 90° from vertical to horizontal, taken over one or more times by other belts, to be deposited in parallel swaths on the field.
Apparatus for harvesting cannabis/hemp materials
An apparatus has a trailer with one or more wheels and a connector that connects the trailer to an automotive machine that mobilizes the trailer from a first position to a second position within a field of one or more plants. Further, the apparatus has a branch trimming device operably positioned on the trailer. Additionally, the apparatus has a conveyer belt operably positioned on the trailer. The conveyer belt receives a trimmed plant that has one or more branches trimmed off by the branch trimming device. The apparatus also has one more cutting devices. Finally, the apparatus has a tumbler that receives the trimmed plant from the conveyer belt and rotates with respect to the one or more cutting devices to cut the trimmed plant into the one or more buds. A bottom portion of the tumbler is positioned in proximity to the one or more cutting devices.
