HEMP HARVESTING SYSTEM

A harvesting system having a housing with a cover, a first end wall, a second end wall, and a bottom wall. A rotatable assembly is mounted within the housing. The housing has a pair of housing sections separated by a gap to receive a plant having plant material. A guide member is attached to the housing to direct a plant into the gap. Also disposed within the housing is a material transport assembly adapted to transport plant material to a hopper or wagon. The rotatable member is adapted to strip and collect plant material.

CANNABIS HARVESTER AND METHODS OF USING THE SAME
20210112721 · 2021-04-22 ·

Systems and methods for mechanical Cannabis harvesting which utilize a harvester having two counter-rotating rollers, each having a brush thereon, where the brushes serve to strip leaves and buds from the stalk of a standing Cannabis plant introduced to a harvesting space between them. The brushes transport the stripped leaves and buds to a series of conveyors that eventually deposit the leaves and buds in a hopper. The stripped stalk of the Cannabis plant may be left standing in the field to be cut down later, or may be knocked or cut down by the harvester.

Bucking machine with internal motor rollers
10925213 · 2021-02-23 · ·

A bucking machine with internal motor rollers includes a frame and first and second rollers mounted on the frame. Each of the first and second rollers includes an internal housing inside the roller, and a motor is disposed inside the internal housing within each roller. Each motor is completely housed inside the roller such that external motors are not necessary to drive rotation of the rollers. Each motor roller is connected to a motor control via a cable that provides power and instructions to the motor. A stem on a plant is inserted into a bore in a debudding cone such that the stem is received between the first and second rollers and is pulled through the machine. As the stem is pulled through the machine between the first and second rollers the flower is separated from the stem by engagement with the debudding cone.

PLANT TRIMMING APPARATUS AND METHODS
20210045294 · 2021-02-18 ·

An apparatus for trimming plant material includes a rotatable tumbler through which the plant material is to be axially propagated while rotationally tumbling, and a plurality of cutting reel systems adjacent the tumbler. The plurality of cutting reel systems includes a first cutting reel system adjacent the tumbler, and a second cutting reel system adjacent a landing zone of the rotatable tumbler. The landing zone is an angular range about the axis of the tumbler within which plant material tends to land on the tumbler after tumbling through a central volume of the tumbler.

Automated Farm with Robots Working on Plants
20210204490 · 2021-07-08 ·

An automated farm includes a cloning room and an environmentally controlled nursery with a storage and retrieval system, child storage racks, and child conveyor trays. The automated farm has environmentally controlled grow rooms, environmentally controlled lighted and unlighted flower rooms, a trimming or pruning room, and a harvest room. The automated farm includes specialized parent plant pots with training devices, and tray and trellis systems with rotation plant holders and removable trellis combs. Plant tending robots are configured to clone, trim, prune, harvest, and maintain plants. The automated farm includes a transport mechanism configured to transport the child conveyor trays, the parent plant pots, and the tray and trellis systems between the cloning room, the nursery, the grow rooms, the flower rooms, the trimming or pruning room, and/or the harvest room. The automated farm also includes a farm control and data management system.

APPARATUS FOR SEPARATING PLANT FLOWER FROM STALK AND METHOD OF SEPARATING FLOWER FROM STALK
20210007284 · 2021-01-14 ·

An apparatus and method for separating plant flowers from stalks by means of a lateral rotating tube having a plurality of flexible, elongated members affixed to and extending radially outward from the tube. The apparatus may include a platform and a frame supporting the tube above the platform to accommodate plants held between the platform and the tube so that when the tube is rotating, the elongated members affixed thereto brush against the plants and cause the flowers to brush off at and separate from the stalks. The frame further supports a housing to form a contained space, including a back wall, side walls and a hood to direct the flow of flowers after separation from the stalks. The back wall is positioned a distance away from the platform to allow separated flower and stalk to be eliminated from the apparatus. The hood extends above and over the tube, having a front wall extending about or below a central axis of the tube. A power system provides rotational power to the tube.

Mobile Crop Processing System and Method
