Controller and management system for injection molding machine
A controller of an injection molding machine controls mold clamping of a fixed mold and a movable mold. The controller includes a servomotor drive control unit for limiting increase in driving current during driving of a mold clamping servomotor, and a moving state acquisition unit that acquires a detection signal of an encoder. The controller further includes an abnormality determination processing unit for determining that a clamping force sensor is abnormal when recognizing stoppage of movement of the movable mold during mold clamping, based on the acquired detection signal of the encoder.
Remote diagnostic system
In the present invention, constructed is a highly reliable system that does not allow unforeseen conditions to occur in the remote diagnosis of a clamp device. All combinations of status of a state detection switch mounted on a clamp device are anticipated in advance by a recursive method, and the states are defined with no omissions. A control unit 9 includes: a main body memory 9c that stores the ON/OFF state of a state switch together with the status of an injection molding machine main body, the clamp status and time information; and a main body communication unit 9d which is capable of short-range wireless communication. A message diagnosing a failure is stored in a smartphone 12 for all combinations of the ON/OFF state of the state detection switch for each of the following cases: whether in mold replacement mode or not; and whether a clamp device is in a clamped state or an unclamped state, or in a state other than the forgoing. The history of the ON/OFF state of the state detection switch with respect to the status of the main body and the clamp status is read from the main body memory 9c by wireless communication, and a corresponding message is displayed.
INJECTION MOULDING MACHINE WITH ELECTRIC SWITCHING UNITS AND METHOD FOR SYNCHRONISING THE CURRENTS OF ELECTRIC SWITCHING UNITS
The invention relates to an injection moulding machine having: an electric machine; multiple switching units electrically connected in parallel, wherein each switching unit has at least one electrical output and at least one electrical switch associated with the output, wherein corresponding outputs of the switching units are electrically connected in parallel with a common output; at least one primary open-loop and/or closed-loop controller which is designed to control the switching units with control signals in order to operate the electric machine; a measuring device for measuring output currents at the outputs; and at least one correction controller which is designed to adjust a corresponding control signal in the event of a deviation between a measured output current at an output and a target value.
DISPLAY UNIT, CONTROL DEVICE, AND INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
A display unit displays a display screen including information on injection molding, and the display screen displays a setting screen portion that displays setting contents of the injection molding and a power screen portion that displays information on power consumption of the injection molding based on the setting contents together.
DISPLAY UNIT, CONTROL DEVICE, AND INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
A display unit displays a display screen including information on injection molding, and the display screen displays an actual result information display field that displays actual result information on power consumption measured at a time of performing the injection molding and a comparative information display field that displays comparative information on power consumption of the injection molding to be compared with the actual result information on the power consumption in the same display form as a display form of the actual result information display field together.
Injection molding controller interface with user-adjustable variables
An injection molding machine uses a native controller and a retrofit controller to effectively control its operation. The controllers may determine and/or receive information regarding the machine's maximum load capacity, and may also determine a current operational load value of the machine. The retrofit controller may cause the machine to operate at any number of combinations of settings of operational parameters which result in the machine operating at or below the maximum load value by adjusting any number of machine parameters associated with the injection molding machine based on feedback sensors measuring real-time operating conditions of the machine.
MOLDING SYSTEM
A molding system for assembling a part by moving a workpiece griped by a hand of a robot toward a mold of an injection molding machine, while rotating a molded article supported on the mold and the workpiece relative to each other, whereby the molded article and the workpiece are screw-engaged. The molding system includes a rotation detector for detecting a rotational amount between the molded article and the workpiece, an assembled state judging unit for judging if the assembled part is in a predetermined state, and a control unit for relatively rotating and displacing the molded article and the workpiece until the rotational amount exceeds a predetermined rotational amount and the assembled state becomes the predetermined state.

INJECTION MOLDING SYSTEM WITH DISCRETELY-ADJUSTABLE VARIABLE CONTROL
An injection molding machine uses a controller to effectively control its operation. The controller may determine and/or receive information regarding the machine's maximum load capacity, and may also determine a current operational load value of the machine. The controller also may determine a number of set points used to operate the machine. The controller may cause the machine to operate at these set points, thereby resulting in the machine operating at or below the maximum load value by adjusting any number of machine parameters associated with the injection molding machine.
