METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING GLASS PLATE EQUIPPED WITH VEHICLE WINDOW-TYPE RESIN FRAME
A method for manufacturing a glass plate equipped with a vehicle window-type resin frame includes performing injection molding of the resin frame by using two shaping molds having a cavity configured for the resin frame, disposing the glass plate inside the shaping molds such that the glass plate is retained by a retaining part that is adjacent to the cavity of the shaping molds, and injecting a resin into the cavity, wherein there is at least a partial gap between the glass plate and the retaining part, in a state in which the shaping molds are clamped together.
Injection molding system
An injection molding system is provided with inspection means for inspecting an insert part before a resin is injected into a mold, inspection data output means for outputting inspection data on the insert part obtained by the inspection means, and inspection data recording means for recording the inspection data on the insert part and physical quantities related to the injection of the resin into the mold in association with the cycle number of the molded article from the injection molding machine. Thus, the cause of bad molded articles, as well as that for a finished product, can be investigated in consideration of the inspection data on the insert part inserted into the mold.

An injection molding system includes a plurality of inspection apparatuses for inspecting molded article quality, a unit that transports a molded article molded by an injection molding machine, a molded article containment unit that is provided for each of types of post-treatment operations needed for the molded article, a transport destination designation unit that selects and designates the molded article containment unit to contain the molded article on the basis of a combination of inspection results from the plurality of inspection apparatuses, and a molded article sorting and transport unit that sorts and transports the molded article into the molded article containment unit designated by the transport destination designation unit.
METHOD OF INJECTION MOLDING USING ONE OR MORE EXTERNAL SENSORS AS A VIRTUAL CAVITY SENSOR
A injection molding method involves measuring, using at least one external sensor, a change in a parameter of a mold side of a mold cavity, approximating a condition within the mold cavity based on the change in the parameter, such as pressure within the mold cavity or flow front position, and comparing the approximated condition to a trigger point,. If the approximated condition equals or exceeds the trigger point, activating a virtual cavity sensor having an optimal pre-defined pressure-time curve, and upon activation, the virtual cavity sensor tracks an approximated condition calculated from the change in parameter measurements measured by the at least one external sensor over time. In an embodiment, results of the approximated parameter tracking can be used in conjunction with an optimal pre-defined pressure-time curve.
ULTRASONIC PHASED ARRAY-BASED IN-SITU IMAGING METHOD FOR MELT FLOW IN INJECTION MOLDING
Provided by the present disclosure is an ultrasonic phased array-based in-situ imaging method for melt flow in injection molding. The ultrasonic phased array is used for the detection of an injection molding process for the first time, and an effective dynamic monitoring imaging method for a melt front position is developed. A melt flow process in a mold cavity is dynamically monitored by collecting an FMC (Full matrix capture) dataset online. A mapping relationship between an incident angle and a target pixel point is established to rapidly determine time delay of each point in a measurement target region, and a melt bottom image is acquired using TFM (Total focusing method) imaging conditions, from which the melt front can be localized. The provided method is high in measurement accuracy, short in imaging time, and capable of effectively improving imaging efficiency of online measurement.
