SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MONITORING INJECTION MOLDING PROCESS
The present disclosure relates to a system and method for monitoring an injection molding process which may calculate injection time and packing time by attaching an acceleration sensor to an injection molding mold with bolts and measuring an amplitude change of a vibration signal of a mold during injection molding, detect mold closing and opening signals of the mold using a magnetic hall sensor, and monitor the injection molding process by measuring cycle time and cooling time, thereby simplifying installation and maintenance and reducing installation costs.
MOLDING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR OPERATING THE SAME
A method for operating a molding machine includes specifying a simulating domain corresponding to a genuine domain in a mold disposed on the molding machine. The method proceeds to perform a virtual molding by using a setting packing pressure profile to generate a simulated state waveform, generating a designed state waveform including an isobaric phase and an isochoric phase while taking into consideration the simulated state waveform, and obtaining an updated packing pressure profile for applying a molding pressure to a portion of the genuine domain while taking into consideration a difference between the simulated state waveform and the designed state waveform. Subsequently, the method proceeds to set the molding machine while taking into consideration the updated packing pressure profile to perform an actual molding by applying an actual molding pressure to the at least a portion of the genuine domain to prepare the molding product.
SENSING DEVICE FOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF MOLDED PRODUCT
Provided is a sensing device for quality management of molded products in which a haul sensor counting the number of times of mold-opening is fixedly installed on a controlling Printed Circuit Board (PCB) in a sensor module, a temperature sensor and an acceleration sensor for quality management of molded products are fixedly installed on a measuring PCB, and a Microcontroller Unit (MCU) and a memory equipped with a control algorithm are fixedly installed on the controlling PCB.
Controller of injection molding machine and method of controlling injection molding machine
With respect to a controller of an injection molding machine, the injection molding machine includes an injection member provided inside a cylinder to heat a molding material and an injection drive source to fill the molding material into a mold device by moving the injection member forward. The controller includes a limiting part that limits a movement of the injection member forward in a pressure-holding process of controlling an injection drive source so that an actual value of a filling pressure acting on the molding material from the injection member becomes a set value, and a determining part that determines an appropriateness of a setting to be used by the limiting part based on information of a sensor provided in the mold device.
SYSTEM FOR ANALYZING AND MONITORING QUALITY OF INJECTION-MOLDED PRODUCT FOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF INJECTION MOLDED PRODUCT
Provided is an injection-molded product quality analysis and monitoring system for injection-molded product quality management, the system having magnetic sensors attachably provided on a movable-side part and a fixed-side part so as to count the number of times molds have opened for injection molding, and managing the quality of products during molding-manufacturing by fixedly providing a temperature sensor at the mold so as to measure the temperature of the mold in real time, and thus measure whether the temperature is maintained within a set range, and fixedly providing an acceleration sensor or a vibration sensor at the mold so as to measure and analyze the amplitude of vibration signals, generated because of the pressure of resin injected into the mold, and the generation intervals of the vibration signals.
SYSTEM FOR THE PRODUCTION OF PLASTIC PRODUCTS
A system for the production of plastic products, which includes a molding apparatus including a first half-mold and a second half-mold both of which can move on command with respect to each other, and a reading device, a control device and storage elements being functionally connected to the control device. The first half-mold and the second half-mold are associated with at least one respective marker, the markers being readable by the reading device and having at least one respective identification code, the respective identification code corresponding to a record comprised in the storage elements, the control device-being configured to check at least the compatibility between the first half-mold and the second half-mold on the basis of combinations of records comprised in the storage elements.
INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING THE SAME
In molding operation, a control device causes an injection device (20) to move forward toward a target position where a nozzle (21a) is in contact with a movable-side mold (4). When the injection device (20) moves forward to a determination position at the rear of the target position, (i) if a fixed-side mold (3) and the movable-side mold (4) are closed, the control device causes the injection device (20) to move further forward to the target position and, (ii) if the fixed-side mold (3) and the movable-side mold (4) are not closed, the control device stops forward movement of the injection device (20) and causes the injection device (20) to move further forward to the target position after the fixed-side mold (3) and the movable-side mold (4) are closed.
