Injection mold for tubular plastic parts
An injection mold for the manufacturing of at least one tubular plastic part, including a first mold half including a first mold plate and a second mold half including a second mold plate arranged displaceable with respect to each other in an axial direction (Z) between an open and a closed position. The injection mold includes at least one core protruding from the first mold plate and the second mold plate including at least one cavity suitable to receive the core to form a molding cavity in the closed position of the injection mold for receiving molten plastic material therein to form the tubular plastic part. A bushing is arranged in the second mold half adjacent to a dorsal end of the cavity at least partially displaceable with respect to the second mold plate, the bushing including a bore in the closed position suitable to receive a tip of the core.

Injection molding system
An injection molding system includes a molding device, an inspection device configured to inspect a molded product and a control device that includes a storage unit, and a reception unit configured to receive a change content of a parameter included in a standard molding condition. The control device executes a first control of forming the molded product under a second molding condition in which the parameter is changed based on the change content, a second control of forming the molded product under a third molding condition in which the same parameter is changed, a third control of associating the second molding condition with an inspection result of the molded product formed under the second molding condition and storing the association, and a fourth control of associating the third molding condition with the inspection result of the molded product formed under the third molding condition and storing the association.
Inspection apparatus, injection molding system, and inspection method
An inspection apparatus includes an imaging device acquiring a polarization image of a molding product, and a determination unit determining quality of the molding product. The determination unit includes an image generating unit generating a pseudo image from an input image in accordance with a machine-learned learning model, and the determination unit inputs the polarization image or a calculation image obtained by calculation from the polarization image to the image generating unit as the input image and determines the quality of the molding product based on the input image and the pseudo image generated by the image generating unit.
