Abnormality Detection System, Molding Machine System, Abnormality Detection Apparatus, Abnormality Detection Method and Non-Transitory Computer Readable Recording Medium
An abnormality detection system includes an abnormality detection apparatus that detects an abnormality of a manufacturing device, a control device that performs operation control of the manufacturing device and transmits operating data, and a sensor that detects a physical quantity related to operation of the manufacturing device or a product manufactured by the manufacturing device and outputs sensor value data. The abnormality detection apparatus receives operating data transmitted from the control device, acquires sensor value data output from the sensor, calculates statistics of the sensor value data acquired, determines a presence or an absence of an abnormality of the manufacturing device based on the statistics calculated and a threshold depending on the operating data received, and transmits a determination result and the statistics to the control device.
INJECTION MOLDING METHOD, USE OF A SENSOR, AND INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
An injection-molding method is provided in which in a first injection-molding step at least one first material component (17) is injected into a mold cavity (4) of an injection mold (3). The first injection-molding step is terminated when a condition pertaining to a first material volume that has been injected in the first injection-molding step has been met. This condition can be, for example, a minimum filling level which is caused in the mold cavity (4) by a material volume from the at least one first material component (17) that in the first injection-molding step has been injected into the mold cavity (4). When the minimum filling level can be detected or confirmed, for example with the aid of a sensor (10), the first injection-molding step is terminated and a second injection-molding step can optionally be started.
Power supply device for an injection moulding machine
A power supply device for a molding machine with an intermediate circuit, which can be connected with at least one drive of the molding machine and is suitable for supplying the at least one drive with electrical energy; a supply module connected to the intermediate circuit; an energy storage device connected to the intermediate circuit; and a closed loop control device for closed loop controlling an energy content of the energy storage device. The energy storage device can be closed loop controlled by means of the closed loop control device so that the energy content of the energy storage device does not go outside a range, in which a power input and/or a power output of the energy storage device is essentially constant.
