The glue is injected into the glue injection unit (500) when the turntable (402) is rotated, and the glue injection unit (500) is capable of injecting the glue therein into a mold.
INJECTION MOLDING APPARATUS AND INJECTION MOLDING METHOD
An injection molding apparatus including an injection device, a mold, a gas supply device, and a temperature control device is provided. The mold has a mold cavity, wherein the injection device is adapted to inject a material into the mold cavity. The gas supply device is adapted to supply a gas to the mold cavity such that the pressure in the mold cavity is increased. The temperature control device is adapted to control the temperature in the mold cavity. In addition, an injection molding method is also provided.
Molded article and use of same
Provided is a molded article comprising an aliphatic polyester. The aliphatic polyester is at least one selected from the group consisting of polyglycolic acid and a copolymer of a glycolic acid monomer and a monomer other than the glycolic acid monomer. The molded article has a uniaxial compressive strength at a temperature of 23 C. of greater than 250 MPa and not greater than 350 MPa.
Injection Molded Article Having Color Gradation and Production Method Thereof
An injection molded article of the present invention comprises: a first color resin part with one end having a first thickness, and the other end having a wedge shaped core layer of which the thickness becomes thinner; and a second color resin part with one end having a second thickness, and the other end having a surface layer surrounding the core layer, wherein the upper surface and the lower surface of the surface layer surrounding the core layer has a gradation due to the core layer thereinside. According to the injection molded article having color gradation, it is possible to adjust the size and location of a color gradation section, and it is easy to adjust the thickness.
INJECTION MOLDING DEVICE, INJECTION MOLDING METHOD, AND INJECTION MOLDING RESIN MATERIAL
An injection molding device includes an injection machine, a molding die, and a high frequency oscillation device. The injection machine injects a resin material containing a dielectric heat generating material while keeping fluidity by temperature control. The molding die includes a cavity being a channel of flow of the resin material, and a pair of electrodes, each of which faces the cavity, the pair of electrodes being disposed to sandwich the resin material therebetween in a direction crossing a direction of the flow. The high frequency oscillation device applies a high frequency alternate-current voltage to the pair of electrodes.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING DECORATIVE PARTS
The invention relates to a method for producing decorative parts with a rear plastic carrier element, which is poured over with plastic under process pressure in a casting tool for producing an upper layer on a front visible side, characterized in that the carrier element is fixed in the casting tool and is impinged upon with pressure at least during the production of the upper layer at the rear and in the direction of the upper layer that is to be produced on the front visible side, said pressure counteracting the process pressure during the overmolding with plastic.
Method of forming camera module for vehicular vision system
A method of forming a vehicular camera module includes providing an imager circuit board, a connector circuit board and a lens holder for holding a lens assembly. A lens holder and imager circuit board and connector circuit board construction is placed in a first mold and datumed in the first mold by a portion of the lens holder. An inner molded construction is formed by molding an inner molding over the circuit boards and a portion of the lens holder. The inner molded construction is placed in a second mold and datumed in the second mold by the portion of the lens holder. An outer molded construction is formed by molding an outer molding over the inner molding and over another portion of the lens holder. The outer molded construction may include a connector portion that is configured to connect to a connector end of a vehicular wire harness.
A METHOD AND AN APPARATUS FOR INJECTION MOULDING OF A URINARY CATHETER
A method of forming a urinary catheter is disclosed that includes injecting a polymer melt through a primary melt channel and into an elongated recess around an outer surface of a core; and controlling a first pressure of the polymer melt in a first secondary melt channel separately and individually from a second pressure of the polymer melt in a second secondary melt channel and reducing stress of the polymer melt along the elongated recess. Opening the mould and removing the core provides a moulded intermittent urinary catheter having an open distal end and a closed proximal tip.
Injection molding machine and the molding method thereof
A specific mold status Ac is caused in advance in which the interval of an inner portion Xi in the parting plane direction of a parting gap C between a fixed mold 2c and a movable mold 2m during the injection filling is larger than the interval of an outer edge portion Xo and the interval of the outer edge portion Xo is equal to or lower than a predetermined size Ls including 0. A molding injection pressure Pi is set as an injection pressure at which a non-defective product can be molded and a molding mold clamping force Pc is set as a mold clamping force by which a non-defective product can be molded.
