INJECTION MOLDING APPARATUS AND INJECTION MOLDING METHOD
An injection molding apparatus including a mold, an injection device and a specific volume sensing module is provided. The injection device is adapted to inject a material into the mold. At least parts of the specific volume sensing module are disposed at the mold, wherein the specific volume sensing module is adapted to sense an actual specific volume of the material in the mold. In addition, an injection molding method is also provided.
Control system and control method of manufacturing injection molding products
A control system and a control method of manufacturing injection molding products are provided. The control system includes an injection molding machine, an information input interface, a computing server and a data conversion device. At first, product information is inputted through the information input interface. The product information is transmitted to the computing server, and then the computing server determines injection molding parameters according to the product information. The injection molding parameters are transmitted to the information input interface. After data conversion through the data conversion device, the injection molding machine is controlled to manufacture the injection molding products according to the converted injection molding parameters.
Injection molding system with discretely-adjustable variable control
An injection molding machine uses a controller to effectively control its operation. The controller may determine and/or receive information regarding the machine's maximum load capacity, and may also determine a current operational load value of the machine. The controller also may determine a number of set points used to operate the machine. The controller may cause the machine to operate at these set points, thereby resulting in the machine operating at or below the maximum load value by adjusting any number of machine parameters associated with the injection molding machine.
Injection molding system with user-adjustable variables
An injection molding machine uses a controller to effectively control its operation. The controller may determine and/or receive information regarding the machine's maximum load capacity, and may also determine a current operational load value of the machine. The controller may cause the machine to operate at any number of combinations of settings of operational parameters which result in the machine operating at or below the maximum load value by adjusting any number of machine parameters associated with the injection molding machine based on feedback sensors measuring real-time operating conditions of the machine.
Stack mold
There is provided a mold stack (100). The mold stack (100) comprises a core insert assembly (102), the core insert assembly (102) for defining an inner portion of a molded article to be molded. The core insert assembly (102) includes a sensor assembly (120) configured to measure the in-mold pressure using entire active surface of the core insert assembly (102).
Method and device for producing a pipe lining
The invention concerns a device and a method for producing a pipe lining in a pipe by introduction of a hardenable mass, wherein the mass is pumped through an outlet into an annular gap, which is formed by the pipe wall and the device arranged in the pipe. The device has a former, which is guided within the pipe in a predetermined spacing from the pipe wall along the pipe axis, so that the annular gap between the pipe wall and the former has a predetermined cross-section.
THERMALLY STABLE CELLULOSE ESTER COMPOSITIONS AND ARTICLES MADE USING THESE COMPOSITIONS
A cellulose ester composition with heat distortion temperatures greater than 90 C. is provided comprising at least one cellulose ester and optionally at least one plasticizer. The cellulose ester compositions are useful for making articles such as eyeglass frames, automotive parts, and toys are also provided.
Method for setting up a molding system
The present disclosure provides a method for setting up a molding system, wherein the molding system includes a molding machine and a mold disposed on the molding machine, and the mold has a mold cavity to be filled with a molding resin from the molding machine. The method includes generating first and second state waveforms using a predetermined packing pressure profile; obtaining an updated packing pressure profile based on the first and the second state waveforms; and setting up the molding machine based on the updated packing pressure profile to perform an actual molding process to prepare the molding product. The first and the second state waveforms express a relationship between an in-mold pressure and an in-mold temperature at different sensing sites of the molding resin.
SYSTEM AND METHOD OF MOLDING A HOLLOW ARTICLE
A method of forming a hollow article includes injecting a first molding material into a first mold cavity at a first injection pressure to form a first molded shell and injecting a second molding material into a second mold cavity at a second injection pressure to form a second molded shell. The first molded shell has a first peripheral edge, and the second molded shell has a second peripheral edge. The method includes positioning the first shell and second shell into facing relation with the first and second peripheral edges in a third cavity, and injecting a third molding material into the third cavity at a third injection pressure to bond together the first and second shells along the first and second peripheral edges to form the hollow article. The third injection pressure is less than the first injection pressure by at least about 3.5 bar.
Thermally stable cellulose ester compositions and articles made using these compositions
The present application discloses cellulose ester compositions that are plasticizer free that can be processed at higher temperatures with reduced degradation. The cellulose ester compositions disclosed are useful for the preparation of articles, for example eyeglass frames, automotive parts, and toys.
