In a temperature control device, a resin flow channel is formed from a nozzle section and a cylinder section that is connected to the nozzle section and the device controls the temperature of the resin that flows in the resin flow channel. The temperature control device is provided with: a first temperature sensor for detecting the nozzle temperature of the resin flowing through the nozzle section; a first temperature control unit for performing PID control so that the nozzle temperature achieves a first target temperature; multiple second temperature sensors for detecting the cylinder temperature of the resin flowing through the cylinder section; and second temperature control units for performing PID control so that the cylinder temperature achieves a second target temperature. The second temperature control units perform PID control of the cylinder temperature using temperature control information from the first temperature control unit.

CLAMPING MECHANISM ASSEMBLY
The present disclosure provides a clamping assembly in operative connection with a mold of an injection-molding apparatus. The clamping assembly includes a fixed plate, a rear plate, a plurality of tie bars, a movable plate, a driving module, and a temperature adjuster. The rear plate is spaced apart from the fixed plate. The tie bars are interlinked with the fixed plate and the rear plate and provided with a plurality of channels. The movable plate, between the fixed plate and the rear plate, is capable of moving with respect to the fixed plate along the tie bars. The driving module interlinks the rear plate and the movable plate. The temperature adjuster is employed to supply a fluid into the channels to remove heat from the tie bars, thereby preventing non-uniform thermal expansion of the tie bars, and hence preventing the structural wear and flash issues.
Clamping mechanism assembly
The present disclosure provides a clamping assembly in operative connection with a mold of an injection-molding apparatus. The clamping assembly includes a fixed plate, a rear plate, a plurality of tie bars, a movable plate, a driving module, and a temperature adjuster. SIDE SHOT SYSTEM, METHOD, AND TOTE MANUFACTURED THEREFROM
A storage container manufactured from an injection molding process which includes a mold and at least one injector. The mold has a top surface, a bottom wall, a plurality of side surfaces, and at least two separable sections. Where the at least two separable sections are in a closed position, a cavity is formed in the mold. The at least one injector is disposed through at least one of the plurality of sidewalls and further disposed into the cavity. The storage container has a plurality of sidewalls, an upper edge, and a bottom surface. At least one of the plurality of sidewalls of the resulting storage container contains at least one sprue mark.
FOAM ARTICLE WITH ENHANCED PROPERTIES
A foam article, such as a cushioning element for an article of footwear, apparel or sporting equipment is provided that comprises a foam component, such as a midsole, having a number of beneficial physical characteristics. The cushioning element is a low-density foamed component with a surface skin that encases the remaining foam volume. The cushioning element has a number of foam volumes, arranged to achieve a more consistent foam component. Additionally, the cushioning element includes a series of concentric ridges extending radially outwardly from injection gate vestige locations, and a number of striation bands near the perimeter of the cushioning element. The location of the gate vestiges can be beneficially arranged to produce intersecting flow boundaries that are located away from key strain areas of the cushioning element. The cushioning element is more environmentally-friendly, requiring less energy to produce while still providing acceptable energy return and low density.
Cassette mold type injection molding machine
The cassette mold type injection molding machine controls a first temperature control circuit to supply a heat medium having a heating temperature from a first heating device to a matrix supply path, controls a second temperature control circuit to supply the heat medium having a cooling temperature from a second heating device to the core cavity supply path, and performs cassette mold cool down control in which a bypass control valve is controlled to connect a bypass path and a main body supply path, such that a second heating device or a core cavity supply path is connected to a main body supply path, and thus the heat medium having the heating temperature is supplied to the matrix and the heat medium having the cooling temperature is supplied to a cassette mold main body and a core cavity portion.

An injection molded article comprising a thin-walled body portion formed from a polymer-based resin derived from cellulose, wherein the thin-walled body portion comprises: i. a gate position; ii. a last fill position; iii. a flow length to wall thickness ratio greater than or equal to 100, wherein the flow length is measured from the gate position to the last fill position; and iv. a wall thickness less than or equal to about 2 mm; and wherein the polymer-based resin has an HDT or at least 95 C., a bio-derived content of at least 20 wt %, and a spiral flow length of at least 3.0 cm, when the polymer-based resin is molded with a spiral flow mold with the conditions of a barrel temperature of 238 C., a melt temperature of 246 C., a molding pressure of 13.8 MPa, a mold thickness of 0.8 mm, and a mold width of 12.7 mm.
INJECTION MOLDING SYSTEM
An injection molding system includes: an injection molding machine where a shaping mold is installed; a material supply device supplying a material to the injection molding machine; a temperature controller controlling a temperature of the shaping mold; a dryer drying a material stored in the material supply device; a controller controlling the injection molding machine; and a casing. The injection molding machine, the material supply device, the temperature controller, the dryer, and the controller are provided inside the casing. The casing has a caster and is configured to be movable.
