Multi-chamber, Multi-formulation Fluid Delivery System
The application discloses a multi-chamber, multi-formulation fluid delivery system, comprising a multi-chamber applicator in fluid communication with multi-chamber packaging. Applicators according to the instant disclosure have reduced squeeze-strength requirements, and are useful for dispensing fluids, including medicaments, to animals, including livestock animals. The multi-chamber packaging provides separate storage for formulations containing incompatible active ingredients, and is suitable for use with the multi-chamber applicator. The application also discloses methods for using the system to simultaneously deliver multiple active ingredients, at least some of which are not suitable for co-formulation, thus reducing the time, economic burden and animal stress involved with applying multiple, separate formulations to animals.
WILD BIRD TREATMENT SYSTEM AND METHODS
A wild bird treatment system includes an enclosure for accommodating a plurality of wild coveying birds targeted for treatment with at least one ground level entrance of a size and location to permit the targeted birds to freely enter and exit the enclosure while excluding non-targeted animals. An electronic bird caller for attracting wild coveying birds is provided. A feeder assembly, slidably removable from the enclosure, includes a slider assembly and a feed hopper. The slider assembly, slidably removable from the feeder assembly, includes a feed plate assembly and a feed slide for controlling flow of medicated feed. The feed plate assembly, slidably removable from the slider assembly, includes a feed plate of a size and a food delivery box with outlets of a size to control the rate of medicated feed released from the feed hopper specific to the birds targeted for treatment.
Device and method for animal suspension, immobilization, rehabilitation, and grooming
A device for immobilizing, grooming, and rehabilitating animals comprising: a beam, leg set assembly, crossbeam, suspension strap set, suspension strap clasps at the end of each suspension strap, cranking mechanism, hooking bar, and harness. The cranking mechanism comprises a lockable crank attaching to the first angle bracket, a pulley attaching to the beam at the beam midpoint, a hoist line, comprising a line and a first and second line end running through the pulley and connecting to the crank at the first line end, and a hoist hook attaching to the hoist line at the second line end.
ARTHROPOD SPRAY STATION DEVICE
A device and method for treating a pet or other animal or object to kill or repel an arthropod or other pest species is described. The device is a spray station that includes a storage container having a reservoir for storing a pesticide or repellent composition, a spray nozzle for spraying the composition onto an animal or an object, tubing connecting the reservoir to the spray nozzle, a power source to pump the composition from the storage container through the tubing to the spray nozzle, and an attachment means for connecting the storage container to a substrate such as a floor or a sidewalk. A system is also described for treating a pet or other animal or object to kill or repel an arthropod or other pest species. The system includes a composition such as a pesticide or repellent for repelling or killing an arthropod or other pest species.
Method and System for Remote Monitoring, Care and Maintenance of Animals
A system for remote care of an animal includes a smart bowl that includes an open-faced container for holding a substance, a microprocessor, and a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a proximity tag attached to an animal.
Pet device
Disclosed is a pet device. The pet device may include a housing and a porous element. The housing may define a cavity and including a front portion. The front portion may define a plurality of through holes passing from an exterior surface of the housing to the cavity. The porous element may be size to fit within the cavity. The porous element may be impregnate with a first substance.
AUTOMATIC CATTLE WORMER SYSTEM
An automatic cattle wormer system to medicate an animal, the automatic cattle wormer system including a base, a vertical post to extend vertically from the base, a horizontal post to extend horizontally from a top portion of the vertical post, the horizontal post including a plurality of spouts disposed on a bottom surface of the horizontal post, a food basin to store food therein, the food basin including two arms extending horizontally from the food basin and being substantially parallel to each other, and a sensor disposed on an inner surface of at least one of the two arms to sense when the animal has entered a space between the two arms, a compound holding box disposed on at least one of the vertical post and the horizontal post to store a deworming compound therein, and a pump to extract the deworming compound from the compound holding box such that the spouts spray the deworming compound out therefrom.
Cattle curtain
A cattle curtain utilizing a wicking action to displace concentrated insecticide to be wiped on animals as they pass through an animal pathway. The cattle curtain includes a reservoir body for holding the concentrated insecticide. A series of ropes is secured within the reservoir body, and the series of ropes is secured through fittings, whereby a metal pin is inserted through each rope. A valve disposed on top of the reservoir body to control flow of the concentrated insecticide into the series of ropes.
Livestock Management System with Audio Support
A voice controlled virtual assistant usable by livestock management or workers is disclosed. Information received via a cloud connected device can include veterinary related questions, curated answers, or access to individual animal health records. The animal support system can actively provide information derived from information received through the cloud connected device, including warnings derived from audio monitoring of animal condition. In some embodiments, the cloud connected device can interact with additional sensors that monitor animal condition, capture animal images, or provide electronically available animal tag identification or sensor information.
