Injection Molding Machine, Injection Apparatus, Clamping Apparatus, and Method of Data Processing
An injection molding machine includes an injection apparatus that injects an injection material into a mold and a clamping apparatus that clamps the mold. An injection control device that controls injection of the injection material by the injection apparatus is connected to a clamping control device to communicate data therewith, the clamping control device controlling a magnet clamp of the clamping apparatus.

A material supplying device includes a plasticizing section configured to plasticize a material to generate a plasticization material; a nozzle configured to supply the plasticization material to the outside; a supply control mechanism that is provided in a flow path communicating with the plasticizing section and the nozzle, and that is configured to adjust a supply amount of the plasticization material from the nozzle to the outside; a pressure sensor configured to measure the pressure of the plasticization material in the flow path; and a control section configured to control an operation of the supply control mechanism, wherein the control section is configured to calculate a backlash value indicating backlash of the supply control mechanism based on detection data including a detection value output from the pressure sensor, and the detection data is data including in time series the detection values output from the pressure sensor.
INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
An injection molding machine performs a plasticization process causing a screw to move backward during rotation to plasticize a granular resin supplied to a heating cylinder through a hopper in accordance with a plasticization condition, a purging process causing the screw to move forward in the heating cylinder separated from a mold to discharge a molten resin plasticized by the plasticization process, a correction process causing a learned model having learned in advance to correct the plasticization condition so as to bring a waveform data piece close to an ideal state, the waveform data piece indicating a change in a physical quantity obtained during a course of discharging the molten resin by the purging process, and an injection process causing the screw to move forward in the heating cylinder in contact with the mold that is clamped to inject the molten resin plasticized by the plasticization process into a cavity.
INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING THE SAME
In molding operation, a control device causes an injection device (20) to move forward toward a target position where a nozzle (21a) is in contact with a movable-side mold (4). When the injection device (20) moves forward to a determination position at the rear of the target position, (i) if a fixed-side mold (3) and the movable-side mold (4) are closed, the control device causes the injection device (20) to move further forward to the target position and, (ii) if the fixed-side mold (3) and the movable-side mold (4) are not closed, the control device stops forward movement of the injection device (20) and causes the injection device (20) to move further forward to the target position after the fixed-side mold (3) and the movable-side mold (4) are closed.
MOLDING MACHINE
A molding machine includes: a clamping device configured to open, close, and clamp a mold; an injection device configured to inject a molding material into a cavity of the clamped mold; a display device configured to display information; and a control device configured to control the clamping device, the injection device, and the display device. The control device causes the display device to display a warranty list screen displaying respective identifiers of a plurality of components constituting the molding machine in a list for each warranty period.
