In the plasticizing process, retreat operation of forcibly retreating the screw is performed at a predetermined velocity by a predetermined stroke or a predetermined time.

A power supply device for a molding machine with an intermediate circuit, which can be connected with at least one drive of the molding machine and is suitable for supplying the at least one drive with electrical energy; a supply module connected to the intermediate circuit; an energy storage device connected to the intermediate circuit; and a closed loop control device for closed loop controlling an energy content of the energy storage device. The energy storage device can be closed loop controlled by means of the closed loop control device so that the energy content of the energy storage device does not go outside a range, in which a power input and/or a power output of the energy storage device is essentially constant.
CONTROL METHOD FOR INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE AND INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
A control method for an injection molding machine including a measurement process of measuring molten resin by moving a screw backward while rotating the screw in a heating barrel for melting a resin material, a rotational speed of the screw is reduced from a timing when a backward movement speed of the screw is reduced at the measurement process before the measurement process is completed, for stopping backward movement of the screw when the measurement process is completed, and the rotational speed and a rotation direction of the screw are controlled such that a back pressure as a pressure of the molten resin measured at the measurement process becomes a target pressure lower than the back pressure of when the measurement process is completed, when a target time comes.
CONVEYING DEVICE FOR CONVEYING A VISCOUS MATERIAL FROM A CONTAINER, AND METHOD FOR OPERATING THE CONVEYING DEVICE
A conveying device for conveying a viscous material from a container includes a follower plate that can be inserted into the container, and a pump by means of which the viscous material can be conveyed through the follower plate. Moreover, a measuring chamber for accommodation of a measuring sample of the viscous material is provided. The measuring chamber includes a closable material inlet opening for this purpose. A closable disposal line leads away from the measuring chamber. Moreover, a closable material return line extends from the measuring chamber via the follower plate into the container. The conveying device also includes a controller that is designed and can be operated appropriately such that it determines the compressibility of each of multiple measuring samples. The controller opens the disposal line or the material return line to the measuring sample present in the measuring chamber as a function of the compressibility thus determined.
CONTROLLER FOR INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE, INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE, AND CONTROL METHOD FOR INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
A controller is for an injection molding machine including an injecting member configured to push a molding material in a forward direction, the molding material containing a bioplastic; and an injection drive source configured to cause the injecting member to travel forward or backward. The controller is configured to perform filling in which a forward travel speed of the injecting member is controlled so that an actual value of a pressure applied from the injecting member to the molding material does not exceed an upper limit of the pressure. In at least a part of the filling, a value of from 550 mm/s through 700 mm/s is settable as a set value of the forward travel speed of the injecting member, and a value of 200 MPa or higher is settable as the upper limit of the pressure.
INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE, CONTROL METHOD, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER READABLE RECORDING MEDIUM
An injection molding machine includes a screw provided in a cylinder having a nozzle at a tip so that the screw is allowed to be driven in a rotational direction and an axial direction, a drive device configured to drive the screw, and a control device configured to control an operation of the drive device, wherein the drive device has a rotatably provided ball screw shaft and a nut screwed onto the ball screw shaft and moved forward and backward in response to rotation of the ball screw shaft, and includes a ball screw configured to drive the screw in the axial direction by forward and backward movement of the nut, and the control device sequentially moves a screw position before injection and a screw position after injection in a molding process cycle so that a forward/backward movement range of the nut in the molding process cycle is dispersed.
INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
An injection molding machine includes: a plunger provided inside a barrel and capable of moving forward and backward in an axial direction thereof and rotating about an axis thereof; a feed hole for feeding a molding material in liquid form into a front of the plunger; a packing provided on a backward side of the feed hole to prevent the molding material fed through the feed hole from flowing backward along the plunger; and a controller for controlling a retracting movement of the plunger based on pressure of the molding material fed from the feed hole to thereby perform metering. In this configuration, at least part of the feed hole is covered by a side surface of the plunger at least from start to end of the retracting movement.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR ASSISTING MOLDING PERFORMED USING CRUSHED MATERIAL MIXED MATERIAL
A virgin material plasticization time Tv, which is a time required for a screw to reach a predetermined plasticization end position Xe when only a virgin material Rv is plasticized, a crushed material plasticization time Ts, which is a time required for the screw to reach the predetermined plasticization end position Xe when only a crushed material Rs is plasticized, are measured and registered as basic time data Do. Actually measured time data Dp are obtained by measuring a crushed material mixed material plasticization time Tm when a molded product is produced by using the crushed material mixed material Rm, the crushed material mixed material plasticization time Tm being a time required for the screw to reach the plasticization end position Xe in a predetermined shot. The crushed material ratio Px in the crushed material mixed material Rm is obtained on the basis of the virgin material plasticization time Tv, the crushed material plasticization time Ts, and the crushed material mixed material plasticization time Tm. An output process is performed on the obtained crushed material ratio Px.
