An injection molding machine uses a controller to effectively control its operation. The controller may determine and/or receive information regarding the machine's maximum load capacity, and may also determine a current operational load value of the machine. The controller may cause the machine to operate at any number of combinations of settings of operational parameters which result in the machine operating at or below the maximum load value by adjusting any number of machine parameters associated with the injection molding machine based on feedback sensors measuring real-time operating conditions of the machine.

CONTROL SYSTEM AND CONTROL METHOD OF MANUFACTURING INJECTION MOLDING PRODUCTS

A control system and a control method of manufacturing injection molding products are provided. The control system includes an injection molding machine, an information input interface, a computing server and a data conversion device. At first, product information is inputted through the information input interface. The product information is transmitted to the computing server, and then the computing server determines injection molding parameters according to the product information. The injection molding parameters are transmitted to the information input interface. After data conversion through the data conversion device, the injection molding machine is controlled to manufacture the injection molding products according to the converted injection molding parameters.

The present invention refers to a method to produce parts by shaping and curing a raw material comprising the steps: a batch of raw material is produced; at least one cure property of the raw material of the sample is determined; shaping the raw material; the time required for the shaped raw material to cure is determined taking into account the at least one cure property; curing of the shaped raw material until the determined time has elapsed.

The present invention also refers to a database and a system for producing such parts.
