METHOD FOR DETERMINING A PHYSICAL RELATIONSHIP
A method of determining a physical relationship between at least one setting parameter of a production cycle of a cyclically operating shaping machine and at least one selected process or quality parameter of the production cycle of the shaping machine, wherein a predetermined variation of a numerical value of the at least one setting parameter is effected in a sequence of production cycles, preferably from one production cycle to another, i and that for each production cycle of the sequence of production cycles the at least one selected process or quality parameter is determined, and that a check is made of the extent to which the at least one selected process or quality parameter has been influenced by the predetermined variation of the numerical value of the at least one setting parameter.
Automobile, automobile plated part, automobile plated part mold and manufacturing method thereof
The application belongs to the technical field of automobile plated part, and in particular relates to an automobile, an automobile plated part, an automobile plated part mold and a manufacturing method thereof. The method for manufacturing automobile plated part mold comprises the steps of: establishing a first simulation model of the automobile plated part mold based on a set shape of the substrate of the automobile plated part; using the first simulation model to simulate injection process of the substrate to obtain a first simulation substrate; performing at least one modification processing on the first simulation model, so that a second simulation model thus obtained satisfies the following requirements: using the second simulation model to simulate the injection process of the substrate to obtain a second simulation substrate conforming to the set shape; manufacturing the automobile plated mold according to the second simulation model.
MULTI-LAYER INJECTION MOLDED CONTAINER
A method for manufacturing an injection molded container includes operating an injection molding apparatus to inject one or more polymeric materials into a mold cavity to form a container. The container includes an energy director ring protruding from an inside surface of the container and extending circumferentially along the inside surface. The method includes welding a filter onto the inside surface by applying a welding force to the inside surface. The energy director ring causes the welding force to be concentrated at a location of the energy director ring, thereby forming a circumferential weld that secures the filter to the inside surface the location of the energy director ring.
INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE AND THE MOLDING METHOD THEREOF
A specific mold status Ac is caused in advance in which the interval of an inner portion Xi in the parting plane direction of a parting gap C between a fixed mold 2c and a movable mold 2m during the injection filling is larger than the interval of an outer edge portion Xo and the interval of the outer edge portion Xo is equal to or lower than a predetermined size Ls including 0. A molding injection pressure Pi is set as an injection pressure at which a non-defective product can be molded and a molding mold clamping force Pc is set as a mold clamping force by which a non-defective product can be molded. During the production, a mold 2 is clamped by a molding mold clamping force Pc and the clamped mold .sub.2 is filled with the injected resin R by a molding injection pressure Pi. After a predetermined cooling time Tc has passed, a molded piece G is removed.
Method of simulating a shaping process
A method of simulating a shaping process involves calculating states of objects involved in the shaping process in discrete and successive time steps with presetting of conditions, and the conditions represent input parameters of the shaping process. After a time step which is before the end of the simulated shaping process, (a) a check on the calculated states of the objects involved in the shaping process is carried out based on a quality criterion. If the check in step (a) shows that the quality criterion is not met, then (b) at least one of the following is carried out: resumption of the simulation with repeated calculation of the time step and/or a preceding time step, and continuation of the simulation with calculation of a time step following the time step. When method step (b) is carried out, the conditions are at least partially altered.
Injection molding system with user-adjustable variables
An injection molding machine uses a controller to effectively control its operation. The controller may determine and/or receive information regarding the machine's maximum load capacity, and may also determine a current operational load value of the machine. The controller may cause the machine to operate at any number of combinations of settings of operational parameters which result in the machine operating at or below the maximum load value by adjusting any number of machine parameters associated with the injection molding machine based on feedback sensors measuring real-time operating conditions of the machine.
MULTI-LAYER INJECTION MOLDED CONTAINER
A coinjection molded multi-layer container includes an inner layer, an outer layer, and a barrier layer. The inner layer includes a first polymeric material and forms an inside surface of the container. The outer layer includes the first polymeric material and forms an outside surface of the container. The barrier layer is located between the inner layer and the outer layer and includes a second polymeric material less permeable to gas than the first polymeric material. The barrier layer is biased toward the inside surface or the outside surface such that the inner layer and the outer layer have different thicknesses.
CONTROL DEVICE FOR INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE AND CONTROL METHOD FOR INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
A control device of an injection molding machine, for controlling operations of multiple elements operating during the period of mold closing or mold opening, includes: an operation starting condition setting unit for, concerning at least part of the elements, setting an operation starting condition of one of the elements that operates in conjunction with another one thereof by an operator operating an operation unit; a group setting unit for classifying the elements based on the operation starting conditions so that elements operating in conjunction with each other belong to the same group; an operation sequence setting unit for setting order of the operations of the elements belonging to the same group based on the operation starting conditions; and a drive command generator for generating drive commands for driving the injection molding machine so as to cause the elements belonging to the same group to operate in the set order.
MANUFACTURING METHOD OF STACKED CORE AND MANUFACTURING DEVICE OF STACKED CORE
The manufacturing method of a motor core includes attaching an ID code to a stack of blanked members in which a magnet insertion hole to fill with a resin material is formed, the ID code containing information in accordance with a type of the stack, reading the information from the ID code which is attached to the stack, and setting a mold condition based on the information read from the ID code. The mold condition includes at least one type of condition including: the resin material to be injected to the magnet insertion hole, an injection amount of the resin material, and a discharge position of the resin material.
