Weighing and transporting device and method for transporting and detecting mass flow rates of bulk materials
The present disclosure relates to a weighing and transport device and a method for transporting and detecting mass flow rates of bulk material. In filling cycles, a weighing container is closed at its upper inlet and lower outlet, whereupon bulk material id fed directly to the weighing container. In weighing cycles, the upper inlet and the lower outlet are opened and the bulk material is discharged via an impact means, e.g., an impact cone. A level sensor measures a filling level of the bulk material in the weighing container; an actuator serves to close the upper inlet and the lower outlet. Preferably, the lower outlet is closed by the impact means, and the upper inlet is closed by raising the weighing container against a support means, where, in particular, a common adjustment can be carried out via the actuator.

It is provided an extrusion device for a plastic profile, in particular a hollow chamber profile, with an extruder, an extrusion nozzle arranged at the exit of the extruder for forming the plastic profile the plastic profile subsequently being guided through a calibration device, a downstream removal device for the plastic profile, a cutting device for cutting off parts of the extruded plastic profile and a weighing device for measuring the profile weight. A profile monitoring device is provided for detecting at least one profile parameter of the plastic profile in the extrusion direction after it has emerged from the extrusion nozzle and/or a process monitoring device is provided for detecting at least one process parameter in and/or before of the extruder, the extrusion nozzle, the calibration device, the removal device and/or the cutting device.
WET MASTERBATCH PRODUCTION LINE BASED ON HIGH-SPEED IMPINGING STREAM REACTION
The wet masterbatch production line based on high-speed impinging stream reaction is provided, and includes: the mixing unit, configured for mixing and standing carbon black and latex to obtain granular rubber material; the dehydration unit, configured for performing dehydrating treatment on granular rubber material after standing to obtain flocculent rubber material; the conveying and refining unit, configured for conveying and refining dehydrated flocculent rubber material to obtain sheet rubber material; the cooling treatment unit, configured for cooling, and folding and stacking refined sheet rubber material; and the control unit, configured for automatically controlling the mixing unit, the dehydration unit, the conveying and refining unit and the cooling treatment unit. The working state of the extrusion-dehydration-expansion-drying integrated machine is accurately controlled, so that the rubber material generates heat at a certain internal pressure, a certain stirring rotating speed and a certain shearing speed.

The present invention relates to a multilayer system F1 comprising: a layer C1 comprising at least one polypropylene, an adhesive layer Ad made up of a hot-melt self-adhesive composition CA, and a layer C2 comprising at least one polypropylene, said multilayer system F1 comprising at least 80% by weight of polypropylene or a mixture of polypropylenes relative to the total weight of said system. The invention also relates to the use of said system F1 for producing a recycled item.
