POLYMER USED AS DRAPER BELT CONTACT SURFACE
An agricultural harvesting head includes a frame on which two endless belt side conveyors are mounted. The return run of the side conveyors is supported on long support strips surmounted by plastic wear strips that are mounted on top of support arms. The support arms extend forward from the rear of the frame to support a reciprocating knife mounted to the front of the agricultural harvesting head.
Stalked crop harvesting header frame
A stalked crop harvesting header include multiple harvesting units each including a set of deck plates defining a channel, a set of snapping rollers mounted below the deck plates and adapted to grasp and pull stalks downwardly through the channel, and a pair of gathering chains adapted for conveying stalks along the channel. Each harvesting unit further includes a stalk guider at either side of a front end of the channel. Each stalk guider includes an upper stalk guiding wheel and a lower stalk guiding wheel carried by a frame. The frame includes a protrusion between the upper and the lower stalk guiding wheels, which protrusion includes a support for carrying a respective front end of the snapping rollers.

ADJUSTABLE CONVEYOR ASSEMBLY FOR A HEADER OF AN AGRICULTURAL HARVESTER
An improved header for an agricultural harvester is provided. The header includes a frame, a support bar connected to the frame and a conveyor assembly. The conveyor assembly is connected to the support bar and is adjustable in position relative to the frame about at least two degrees of freedom. The conveyor assembly includes a cam track, an endless web extending across the cam track and a plurality of tines connected to the endless web.
Corn head row unit gearbox drive shaft seal
A corn head row unit gearbox includes an input shaft, that rotates about a first axis of rotation and that drives a set of gears. The gears transfer rotation of the input shaft into rotation of a gathering chain output shaft about a second axis of rotation, generally transverse to the first axis of rotation. The gathering chain drive shaft rotates within a bushing mounted within a frame structure of the gearbox. A bushing seal has an annular mounting sleeve with an inner diameter that is press fit over a boss on the frame structure.

Row divider having a conveyor for an agricultural harvester
A corn header for a combine harvester capable of lifting stalks that have fallen sideways in a row is provided. The corn header includes a frame, a plurality of row units and a plurality of row dividers for guiding crop plants toward the row units. The frame is mounted to a forward end of the combine harvester. The plurality of row units extends forward from the frame. Each row divider is connected to and extends forward of at least one row unit, and includes a conveyor connected to a lateral side of the row divider for the purpose of lifting and propelling crop plants into the corn header. In a preferred embodiment, the conveyor is an auger including a helical flight having a non-circular profile or a plurality of notches to increase its ability to lift and propel crop plants into the corn header.
