Brush device for animals
10226027 · 2019-03-12 ·

A brush device for animals without an actuator connected to the brush device, which is intended for fixed installation in the construction of an animal shed for animals to use independently, including a base for fastening the brush device to a wall, a column or some other structure, a pendulum frame diverging from the base made such that it extends out of the base and to it is fastened a bristle section against which animals rub up. Between the base and the pendulum frame diverging from it, there is a joint which enables the pendulum-like rotational motion of a brush section around a rotation axis.

Pet grooming assembly

A pet grooming assembly includes a panel that may be coupled to a vertical support surface thereby facilitating the panel to be accessible to a pet. An adhesive layer is coupled to the panel. The adhesive layer may adhesively engage the vertical support surface. Thus, the panel is retained on the vertical support surface. A plurality of bristles is provided and each of the bristles is removably coupled to the panel. Thus, each of the bristles may frictionally engage the pet thereby facilitating the pet to groom themselves.

The pet grooming tunnel is a device that is adapted to brush hair or fur of an animal. The pet grooming tunnel is constructed of a ring member that includes a plurality of brush bristles provided on an inner surface. The ring member is supported in a vertical orientation via support legs provided on opposing sides of the ring member. The support legs are each vertically, adjustable so as to raise and lower the ring member with respect to a support surface. The plurality of brush bristles are concentrically oriented. An alternative embodiment includes a wider ring member wherein the plurality of brush bristles form a truncated conical opening.

A pet door with groomer and vacuum is a pet door with a swinging, flexible door but the framework around the door has an interior vacuum channel that connects an attachable vacuum with orifices located on the inner periphery of the framework. Bristles attached to the inner periphery act as a grooming brush to brush the hair of a pet passing through and to help remove any loose foreign material and hair clinging to the hair of the pet. The attached vacuum suctions up any loose material and collects it in a trap that is removable for emptying.

System and method for grooming-related farm decision support
09888669 · 2018-02-13 · ·

A method and system providing farm decision support relating to individual animals in a herd in a farm environment includes a brush station having a reader configured to remotely register, via identification devices, an identity of each animal visiting the brush station responsive to a detection unit detecting a repositioning of the brush from a neutral position resulting from an animal pushing against the brush. The reader unit has a detection range within which identity data can be read out from the identification device of each animal. In response to a detected repositioning of the brush, the reader unit registers the identity data from a first detected identification device within the detection range, and forwards the identity data to a processing unit via an output interface. The processing unit stores registered data representing animal visits to the brush station as decision support data.

CAT TOY WITH PRONGED MOUNTING BASE
20180000047 · 2018-01-04 · ·

The pet toy comprises a body resembling an animal such as a bird with a laser light source mounted in the body. The body is attached to an elongate flexible wand or spring. The opposite end of the elongate wand connects to a base. The base has a plurality of prongs that extend substantially perpendicular to the base. Each prong has a stem and an arm extending substantially perpendicular to the stem. The pet toy is mounted to a corrugated surface having gaps between layers of material, such as cardboard. The prongs are oriented to engage the surface so sufficient frictional engagement is achieved to keep the pet toy mounted when an animal makes contact with the pet toy. In another embodiment the pet toy is a brush with a base and plurality of prongs in the same configuration such that the brush can be mounted flush to the corrugated surface.
