METHOD FOR LOADING A GREEN TYRE FOR BICYCLE IN A VULCANISATION MOULD AND APPARATUS FOR MOULDING AND VULCANISING
A green tyre (2) for bicycles is built, comprising at least one carcass ply (4) having axially opposite end flaps (4a) engaged with respective bead cores (5) and a tread band (6) applied in a radially outer position around said at least one carcass ply (4). The built tyre (2) removed from the building drum, is profiled so as to translate the tread band (6) in a radially outer direction with respect to the bead cores (5), so as to impart a cross-sectional convex profile to the tyre (2) in a radially outer direction. The profiled tire is engaged by means of a transfer member (31) comprising a gripping device (30) which holds it hanging and loads it into a vulcanisation mould (101) by axially positioning an axial centreline plane (M) of the green tyre at an axial reference (51) arranged at a predetermined height along a reference axis (K) of a central body (103) of the vulcanisation mould (101).
PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR UNLOADING A VULCANISED BICYCLE TYRE FROM A VULCANISATION PRESS
A vulcanised bicycle tyre (2) is retained by exerting a thrust action on the radially inner surface of the tyre directed radially away from the geometric axis of rotation thereof (X). An unloading device (12) provided with at least one frame (18) and at least one support member (19) of the tyre (2) is positioned with respect to the tyre (2) by aligning it with the geometric axis of rotation (X) of the tyre. The support member (19) is handled with respect to the frame (18) towards an operating position in which it is close to the radially outer surface (2b) of the tyre (2). Finally, the radial thrust action on the radially inner surface (2a) of the tyre (2) is interrupted for releasing said tyre (2) with the radially outer surface (2b) thereof on a contact surface (20) of the support member (19).
Nut for a clamping mechanism of a vulcanizing press, clamping mechanism, vulcanizing press and support device for components of a vulcanizing press
The invention relates in particular to a nut 1 for a clamping mechanism 10, a clamping mechanism 10 comprising a tie bolt 11 and two nuts 1, a vulcanizing press 20 comprising clamping mechanisms 10 and a support device 23.
Tire vulcanization system, and vulcanized tire manufacturing method
A tire vulcanization system is configured to deliver a vulcanized tire carried out from a vulcanizer by a tire conveyance device to a PCI device at a first position, and attaches an upper lid. The PCI device mounted with the upper lid is moved from the first position to a second position by a PCI moving portion. The tire conveyance device is configured to receive the raw tire disposed above the PCI device moved to the second position and carry the raw tire into the vulcanizer.
Device and method for adjusting the height of a mold of a tire curing press, and tire curing press
A device and to a method for adjusting the height of a mold of a tire curing press, and to a tire curing press. The mold has at least two mold parts that can be positioned relative to each other. At least two double-acting fluid cylinders and at least one guide element are used. Positions are secured by at least one locking device.
Blocking the vertical position of a treatment chamber
A vertical position fixing of a treatment chamber inside a tire vulcanizing machine for the fastening of treatment chamber elements at least during a vulcanization process so that in the closed position at least one defined vertical distance H can be fixed, wherein fixing elements are provided on at least one treatment chamber element and are designed in such a way that a fixing which is releasable and absorbs the occurring forces is facilitated.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR VULCANIZING TIRES
A method and a device for vulcanizing tires. An expandable bellows is used for pressing the tire being vulcanized against segments of a mold. The bellows is arranged on a carrier which has an annular shape.
TIRE VULCANIZER
A tire vulcanizer is provided which is capable of arranging a sector at a specified position during closing of a mold and suppressing a vulcanization molding defect. The tire vulcanizer includes: the sector that shapes a tread of a tire; paired upper and lower side plates that shape sidewalls of the tire; a segment to which the sector is fixed and which causes the sector to move in a tire radial direction; and mold parting surfaces defined by the sector and the side plates. Mold inner ends of the mold parting surfaces are arranged on the tread, and the mold parting surfaces extend outward in the tire radial direction from the mold inner ends. The sector includes paired upper and lower flange sections which respectively abut the paired upper and lower side plates in a state where the adjacent sectors in the tire circumferential direction tightly contact each other.
Apparatus for moulding and vulcanising a green tyre for bicycle
Tire mounting machine
A tire holding device of a tire mounting machine grasps the bead section of a green tire by chucking paddles and places the green tire around an upright cylindrical vulcanization bladder. A bladder device of the tire mounting machine expands the vulcanization bladder to press same against the inner surface of the green tire, and sets the green tire in a vulcanization-mold. On a lower portion of each chucking paddle, guide extensions are formed to extend in the two circumferential directions. Between adjacent chucking paddles, the guide extensions extend toward each other and constantly overlap each other to prevent the expanding vulcanization bladder from contacting the radially inner surface of the bead section and from stripping the non-vulcanized rubber of the green tire.
