VULCANIZING EQUIPMENT
The present invention relates to the technical field of vulcanizing equipment, and in particular, to vulcanizing equipment, comprising: a vulcanizing mold in which a vulcanizing cavity is formed; a vulcanizing bladder suitable for being placed in the vulcanizing cavity; and a supporting assembly comprising a center rod and a clamping device arranged on the center rod, the clamping device being suitable for installing the curing bladder in the cavity in a sealed manner. The vulcanizing equipment further comprises: a heating assembly and a gas circulation assembly that are arranged in the curing bladder in a stacked manner in the axial direction of the center rod, the gas circulation assembly being suitable for circulating a heated heating medium in the curing bladder; and a driving assembly comprising a rotating shaft sleeve that is arranged on the outer side of the center rod in a clearance-fit manner and connected to the gas circulation assembly. The present invention provides vulcanizing equipment, which overcomes the defects in the prior art that the occupancy of too much space due to horizontal arrangement of curing bladder in equipment limits the processing specification of tires to be vulcanized, and is unfavorable to gas circulation in the curing bladder.
Method and device for manufacturing tire vulcanization bladder assembly
A tire vulcanization bladder assembly is manufactured by placing a first ring part on a base stage installed on leg parts in a periphery of a first end opening of a bladder; sandwiching a first clamp part of the bladder, the bladder being in an upright position with the first clamp part on a lower side and a second clamp part located in a periphery of a second end opening of the bladder on an upper side, by the first ring part, thereby attaching the first ring part to the bladder; inserting an inside ring member of a second ring part into the bladder from above on an inside ring member of the first ring part; moving the inside ring member of the second ring part upward relative to the bladder to a position of the second clamp part; and attaching the second ring part to the second clamp part.
COMPOUNDED RUBBER HAVING IMPROVED THERMAL TRANSFER
A compounded elastomer exhibiting excellent mechanical and heat transfer properties is described. The elastomer can include two or more different carbon blacks, and one of the carbon blacks is a partially crystallized carbon black.
RUBBERIZED RFID TAGGED TIRE BLADDERS
A tire curing bladder and associated method of forming same includes an elastomeric body and a radio frequency identification device (RFID) tag chemically bonded to the elastomeric body.
OPERATION OF A TIRE VULCANIZATION SYSTEM
In an electric vulcanization process, open loop and closed loop control modes can be used for controlling a heater output.
REGULATING TEMPERATURE DURING TIRE VULCANIZATION
In an electric vulcanization system, a temperature of a heating medium in a fluid-tight enclosure is detected and adjusted during a current curing cycle.
BLADDER RINGS FOR TIRE VULCANIZATION MOLD
A tire mold has a cavity with a flexible bladder disposed in a central portion of the cavity. The tire mold further includes a first ring connected to a first end of the flexible bladder, and a second ring connected to a second end of the flexible bladder. At least one of the first and second rings is configured to move between a first position and a second position. The flexible bladder is stretched to a maximum axial length when the first and second rings are in a first position. When the first and second rings are in the first position the sum of the first axial length and second axial length is greater than a space between the first ring and the second ring.
RUBBER COMPOSITION
Provided are a rubber composition excellent in air permeation resistance, moldability and durability, a pneumatic tire having an inner liner composed of the rubber composition, and a bladder for vulcanization of a tire composed of the rubber composition. The rubber composition of the present invention comprises a rubber component and a terpene-based resin having a glass-transition temperature of 60 C. or lower, in which an air barrier property index indicated by formula (1) below is 110 or more:
(Air Barrier Property Index)=(Air Permeation Amount of a Rubber Composition in Comparative Example 1)/(Air Permeation Amount of the Rubber Composition)100Formula (1):
TIRE VULCANIZATION BLADDER, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF AND RUBBER COMPOSITION FOR BLADDER
A rubber composition for a bladder used for manufacturing a bladder for vulcanizing tire, in which 1 to 5 parts by mass of a polymer having a weight average molecular weight Mw of 1,000,000 or more is blended in 100 parts by mass of a rubber component containing butyl rubber as a main component, and a method for manufacturing a bladder for vulcanization of tires characterized in that the bladder for vulcanization of tires is manufactured by an extrusion molding and an injection molding of a rubber composition for a bladder, in the rubber composition for a bladder, 1 to 5 parts by mass of a polymer having a weight average molecular weight Mw of 1,000,000 or more is blended with 100 parts by mass of a rubber component containing butyl rubber as a main component, and the injection molding of the rubber composition for a bladder is carried out while performing vacuum suction.
