METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE TEMPERATURE OF A RUBBERY MATERIAL ENTERING INTO THE COMPOSITION OF A TIRE
The method includes the step of positioning the product to be measured on a transport table. The method proceeds with the step of advancing the product under a frame that includes at least one terahertz sensor. The method continues with the step of emitting incident terahertz radiation in the direction of the product. The method proceeds with the step of detecting the signal corresponding to a multiple spectrum of terahertz rays reflected by the interfaces encountered by the incident ray. The method continues with the step of analyzing the signal to determine various peaks corresponding to the various interfaces encountered. The method proceeds with the step of determining, on the basis of the amplitude of each peak, the temperature of each layer of material through which the incident ray passes.
Process for building tyres for vehicle wheels
A process for building tyres for vehicle wheels are disclosed, wherein said building process comprises the following steps carried out in a carcass structure building line: a) associating a pair of support rings with a forming drum in a work station for associating support rings; b) building at least one structural component of the tyre being processed on the forming drum provided with said pair of support rings in at least one work station of the carcass structure building line; c) removing the pair of support rings from the forming drum in a work station for removing support rings; d) transferring the pair of support rings dissociated from the forming drum in a temporary storage for support rings; e) building at least one further structural component of the tyre being processed on the forming drum without the pair of support rings in a work station of the carcass structure building line.
Mold cleaning system
Provided is a mold cleaning system. On the basis of an identification mark assigned to a mold and detected by a mark detector when cleaning the mold, the mold cleaning system obtains shape data for the molding surface of the mold which is stored in a database, and on the basis of the obtained shape data, the mold cleaning system controls the movement of arms using the control device, moves a laser head along the molding surface thereof while irradiating with a laser beam supplied by a laser oscillator, and as a result, removes the dirt adhered to the molding surface.
Tire vulcanizing method
Provided is a tire vulcanizing method enabling an optimum vulcanization operation for each tire by measuring the temperatures of the inner surface and the outer surface of a tire until the demolding timing without damaging the tire and by determining the vulcanized state of the tire accurately based on the measured temperature data to efficiently produce uniformly vulcanized tires especially under conditions where the temperature of a mold fluctuates. During vulcanization of a tire G, the temperatures of the inner surface and the outer surface at a plurality of principal portions representing the tire G are measured, and the demolding timing is determined according to the equivalent degree of vulcanization indicating the degree of progress in crosslinking reaction calculated based on the temperature data measured.
Valve insert and air venting valve
A valve insert (4) for use in an air venting valve (1) of a vulcanizing mould of a vehicle tyre, which valve insert (4) comprises a valve stem (6) arranged to be inserted into a valve sleeve (3) of the air venting valve (1), a first end of which valve stem (6) is provided with a valve disk (7) and a second end of which valve stem (6) is provided with an elastically compressible retainer member (8) for detachably attaching the valve insert (4) to the valve sleeve (3) and for limiting an opening stroke of the valve insert (4). The retainer member (8) comprises a stop surface (14) which is arranged to abut an end surface (16) of the valve sleeve (3) and thus limit the opening stroke of the valve insert (4).
RUBBER TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICE AND RUBBER PRODUCT MANUFACTURING METHOD
In a rubber temperature measuring device, a temperature sensor and a biasing member are disposed in an installation hole formed in a molding surface of a mold. The temperature sensor is biased by the biasing member and a temperature detecting unit at a tip end projects from the molding surface and is not in contact with the mold. The mold is closed and vulcanized in a state in which a green tire making contact with the temperature detecting unit presses the temperature sensor against biasing force of the biasing member and an opening portion of the installation hole is blocked by the temperature detecting unit. Temperature data detected by the temperature detecting unit is input to a control unit disposed outside the mold through a communication line extending in a communicating hole communicating with the installation hole.
MANUFACTURING METHOD OF TIRE INTEGRATED ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A manufacturing method of a tire integrated electronic device includes: a) step of positioning an electronic device mockup portion inside a first mold unit and a second mold unit; b) step of performing injection molding or compression molding by injecting unvulcanized rubber inside the first mold unit and the second mold unit such that the unvulcanized rubber encloses the electronic device mockup portion; c) step of unmolding a rubber mount unit molded to enclose the electronic device mockup portion; d) step of inserting an electronic device unit into a lower end portion of the unmolded rubber mount unit; and e) step of attaching the electronic device unit-inserted rubber mount unit to an inner liner of a tire. The rubber mount unit is molded to have an insertion hole, through which the electronic device unit is to be inserted, at a lower portion of the rubber mount unit.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR POST-TREATING TYRES
A method and a device for post-treating tyres after a vulcanization process, which supports slow and controlled cooling of the finished tyre containing residual heat from a first to a second temperature level within an insulating chamber of a PCD and with the optional use of internal tyre pressure by a support gas as part of a PCI function.
System and method for pressure control of tire curing press
A system for maintaining low pressure within a tire press bladder when the press is open and controlling pressure by using an orifice on the supply line side of the tire press bladder. The supply line runs from a high-pressure supply media to a tire press bladder. A three-way valve alternates in directing high pressure directly through the supply line and directing high pressure to an orifice. Simultaneously the pressure in the bladder is controlled by a regulating valve on the drain side piping. When the press is closed on a tire, the three-way valve supplies high pressure from the supply line directly to the tire press bladder.
Maximizing the duration of guidance means in tire vulcanization systems without disturbing thermal stability
A tire vulcanizing system (100) is provided that optimizes the service life of guidance means and preserves the thermal stability of the vulcanization.
