Equine tail covering
The present invention generally relates to equine tail coverings used to keep the equines tail clean, promote growth and repel insects. The conventional tail bag is typically loose fitting and does not typically have the durability needed to keep up with an active equine. The present invention uses a compressive force to help hold the covering in place while it protects the tail and the artificial tassels serve as a replacement for the natural tail of the horse in order for the equine to have full functionality of their tail.
Protective garment for a nursing animal
A protective garment for selectively shielding the nipples of a nursing animal includes a sleeve that has opposing ends. The opposing ends are open, such that the sleeve is configured to position around a torso of the nursing animal with at least the nipples of the nursing animal covered by the sleeve. A plurality of holes is positioned through a bottom of the sleeve. Each hole is configured to insert a respective nipple of the nursing animal. A guard is configured to reversibly couple to the bottom of the sleeve. The guard is positioned to couple to the sleeve to cover the plurality of holes, such that the nipples positioned through the holes are shielded.
UTILITY HYDRATION PET VEST
A utility hydration pet vest is worn by a pet, like a dog, for protection and carrying water and liquid retention items. The vest is fabricated from Cordura fabric. The pet vest comprises a body portion defined by an inner surface that engages the pet when adorned, and an outer surface. The body portion has a shoulder section that forms a pair of openings for the fore legs of the pet to pass through and move freely. The body portion is further defined by a rear section with an overlaying outside pocket layer. The outside pocket layers is formed together along a dividing line to define an isolated liquid compartment comprising a liquid bladder for carrying liquid, and a utility compartment having access openings for holding a collapsible liquid bowl and liquid tube to conveniently water the pet. The vest may also include cooling and heating elements, and dog boots.
PET GARMENT
A pet garment system including a garment having a warm, waterproof body-section that substantially covers a canine-body including a hood, a plurality of leg sections, a plurality of removeable or attached boots, a closure-section, and a built-in harness. The plurality of leg sections include an elastic bungee-like action on the inside stitching allowing room to expand up and down to accommodate various heights of dogs. The garment provides waterproof and thermal protection against weather conditions.
Moisture Sensing Garment
A moisture detecting article includes a moisture detection module secured to a garment, intended to contain and hold bodily fluids excreted by an animal. The moisture detection module is connectable to a moisture sensor disposed in the garment to detect when bodily fluid is excreted. If moisture is detected, the moisture sensitive detection module enables one or more signals, alarming the animal and its caretaker. The garment includes a moisture absorbent material, detachable from the garment for disposal of the excretion.
PRESSURE-APPLYING ANIMAL GARMENT
A garment to reduce an animal's anxiety, fearfulness, overexcitement, or a combination thereof. The garment may include a central portion and first, second, and third flaps. The first and second flaps extend from opposite sides of the central portion and the third flap extends from a central, inner surface area of the central portion. The inner surface is configured to be proximate to the animal's body. The flaps are configured to extend around the animal's mid-body such that the central portion and flaps form a shape conforming to the outside of the animal's mid-body. The third flap may be between the central portion, the second flap, or a combination thereof and the animal's body. The garment may apply pressure to the animal adequate to reduce anxiety, fearfulness, overexcitement, or a combination thereof in the animal.
RESTRAINT ASSEMBLY FOR AN ANIMAL
A restraint assembly for an animal having a front anchor member, a rear anchor member and a coupling assembly. The front anchor member is configured to be secured to an animal through an interaction with at least one of a neck, a first front leg, and second front leg thereof. The rear anchor member is configured to be secured to an animal through interaction with at least one of a tail, a first rear leg, and a second rear leg thereof. The coupling assembly coupling the front anchor member to the rear anchor member in releasable engagement, to limit articulation of a body of the animal, sufficient to substantially preclude a head of the animal to rotate and reach portions of behind the head with a mouth of the animal.
Protective Clothing And Apparel For Pets And Animals And Method Of Use
Protective clothing and apparel for pets and animals, and method of using same, structured as a shirt and/or hat made of an ultraviolet protective rash guard material with at least on portion having cooling crystals integrated therein. In a first embodiment the clothing is directed to a pet shirt constructed having a top portion, bottom portion, and side portions arranged to form a generally tubular member having an opened torso end, two leg members, and a collar member. In a second embodiment the clothing is directed to a pet hat constructed having a top portion, side portions and a front portion having a visor member attached thereto, the side portions having a lower rim. Two ear members and securement means are integrated within the lower rim of the side portions. At least a portion of the shirt/hat comprises ultraviolet properties. Additionally, at least a portion of the shirt/hat comprises a cooling zone formed of a plurality of cooling crystals. Owing to the ultraviolet material and cooling crystals the pet clothing shields pets/dogs from harmful ultraviolet rays while keeping them cool and comfortable and mitigating heat exhaustion.
