Animal back support apparatus
An animal back support apparatus includes a main back support, a chest harness and an optional lumbar support component. The main back support features relatively rigid stays placed over the spine and one on each side of the spine and foam inlays to conform to the pets back between the pets back and the rigid stays. The animal back support apparatus also includes a first side panel on one side of the main back support and a second side panel on an opposite side of the main back support where the first and second side panels extend towards the abdomen of the animal and interact with each other to encircle the torso of the animal. The chest harness attaches to the main support layer.
Dog vest shorts poop collector
A device for wearing by a dog that collects the animal's waste so the owner does not have to. It is put on the animal's back and is adjustable around the neck and the hind legs by velcro. The waste collector bag is attached to the device under the animal's tail, also by velcro and 2 snaps to make it more secure. This bag made of surgical fabric, is thrown away by the owner when full, and is safe for the environment. It has fluorescent lines on the edges, the legs, and the back to illuminate the garment at night. When the animal has done its business, and the owner disposes of the bag, there is a sanitary covering that covers the rectum of the dog to prevent the dirtying and staining of car seats or furniture.
PRESSURE-APPLYING GARMENT FOR ANIMALS
An animal garment comprises a central portion having a longitudinal axis and including a front end, and a rear end opposite the front end, a first side extending laterally in a first direction from the longitudinal axis, the first side including a free distal end, and a second side extending laterally in a second direction from the longitudinal axis, the second side including a free distal end. When worn, the first side and the second side are configured to extend around the mid-body of the animal and fasten to each other forming a shape conforming to the outside of the mid-body of the animal. The front end of the central portion is positioned proximate to the head of the animal. The garment applies pressure to the animal adequate to reduce anxiety, fearfulness, overexcitement, or a combination thereof in the animal.
Conformable and reusable lick deterrent
A lick deterrent device to deter animals from biting or chewing. The deterrent device has a flexible substrate physically conformable in three directions with conductive traces thereon. The lick deterrent device is configured for electrical connection to a removable power source. The traces are configured so that they may be contacted by an animal's tongue or saliva, so that upon contact, an electrical circuit is completed thereby delivering a mild electric shock to the animal. The lick deterrent device may be stretchable in at least one direction.
PROTECTIVE HEAD COVER FOR ANIMALS
A protective head cover for an animal is disclosed, the protective head cover comprising a first rectangular cover portion (1) adjustably fastenable around the neck of the animal and a second closed curvilinear cover portion (2) comprising a tangential edge which attaches to the first cover portion, and tapering outward sections on either side of the tangential edge, the second cover portion being adjustably fastenable and is adapted to cover at least the occiput and ears of the animal, a first fastener part (3) located on the first cover portion and near the tangential edge of the second cover portion, the first fastener part being adapted to attach to a second fastener part (4) on the second cover portion, wherein the first and the second fastener parts are located on a first axis (5) perpendicular to the tangential edge of the second cover portion, wherein, the first and the second fastener parts can be adjustably fastened to each other so as to vary an amount of overlap between the first and the second cover portions.
Microclimate controling substrate
A substrate for construction of an article of clothing for a fur covered pet made of a series of layers of specialized fabric assembled in a specific configuration so as to impart synergistic cooling and heating properties to the animal's microclimate. The various fabrics are engineered to have a specialized function that they impart, such that when combined, their various properties allow the control of the temperature and humidity of the volume of air between the animal's skin and the article of clothing, thus aiding in keeping the animal from overheating or freezing.
DOG COAT WITH CONCEALABLE OUTER LAYER
A garment for a four legged animal comprises a first expanse configured to substantially cover the trunk of an animal. A first set of wings are coupled to a proximal end of the first expanse and configured to secure together about the neck of the animal. A second set of wings are coupled to the first expanse distally to the first set and configured to secure together about the trunk of the animal. A collar extending forwardly from the proximal end of the first expanse is configured to be folded back to create a gap with the first expanse. The second expanse is configured to attach to and substantially cover the first expanse in a first, unfurled position and to roll up adjacent the proximal end of the first expanse in a second, stowed position within the gap formed between the collar and the first expanse.
Pet Garment
A pet garment includes a first portion configured to cover a back of a pet, and a second portion fixedly coupled to the first portion. The second portion includes two leg openings configured to receive front legs of the pet, and the second portion is configured to cover a portion of a neck and chest of the pet. There is a collar fixedly coupled to the first portion and second portion. The collar is configured to extend around a portion of a neck of the pet. A zipper is coupled to the collar and first portion. The zipper extends from the collar and along a portion of a length of the first portion. The collar includes a cover releasably covering a portion of the zipper that extends along the collar.
Animal incision cover
A reversible wearable animal incision cover that may be used on both male and female dogs to cover incisions typical in the neutering of male and female dogs having a first end for covering the incisions caused by the neutering of a female dog and having an opposing second end for covering the incisions caused by the neutering of a male dog. By longitudinally reversing the cover along the length of the dog a single wearable animal incision cover may be used on both male and female dogs. A male rear body covering portion may comprise a drawstring disposed through a drawstring channel along a rear edge of the web for drawing the male rear body covering portion upwardly against the rear of a male dog and drawing the rear side edges of the web towards each other. The bottom of the web may comprise a selection area substantially along the longitudinal axis of the web, the selection area comprising a plurality of longitudinally arranged openable penis apertures separated by reinforcements.
ANIMAL CALMING VEST SYSTEM AND METHOD
A method of calming an animal with an animal calming vest that includes disposing the animal calming vest on the back of the animal. The animal calming vest includes a jacket, a first pair of coupling arms extending from the jacket, a second pair of coupling arms extending from the jacket, a collar extending from the jacket, and a collar weight disposed within an internal collar cavity of the collar. The method further includes releasably coupling the first pair of coupling arms of the animal calming vest about the neck and chest of the animal; and releasably coupling the second pair of coupling arms of the animal calming vest about the torso of the animal. Coupling the animal calming vest about the animal generates a calming effect in the animal.
