System, method and article for siding corner
An injection molded product may include a corner shingle resembling a single course of tiles that differ in size. The corner shingle may be a semi-crystalline thermoplastic and having a wood grain direction. Streaks may be formed in the corner shingle that are substantially parallel to the wood grain direction. The streaks may extend through an interior of the corner shingle and appear as contrasting streaks on an exterior of the corner shingle to form a variegated wood grain appearance. In addition, an injection molded vestige may be formed in the corner shingle. The injection molded vestige may be located adjacent a perimeter of the corner shingle, and may comprise the location at which material entered an injection mold through a gate.
NEGATIVE MOLD FOR LUGGAGE MOLDING AND APPLICATION THEREOF
The present disclosure provides a negative mold for luggage molding and an application thereof. The negative mold includes an upper mold holder (11), a convex mold (12), a lower mold holder (21), a concave mold (22), a lifting platform (23), and a material frame (31). The upper mold holder is arranged with a first airflow channel (111); in the adsorbed state, the upper mold holder abuts against the material frame to define an upper air cavity (112); air is blown downward through the first airflow channel to stretch the sheet (41), while each of the convex mold and the concave mold moves in a direction close to the sheet to define a molding space; in the mold detaching state, each of the convex mold and the concave mold moves toward in another direction away from the material frame to detach the molded sheet.
Antireflective article, image display device, production mold for antireflective article and production method for antireflective article production mold
In order to improve the scratch resistance of an antireflective article having a moth-eye structure, an antireflective article is provided that has fine protrusions densely arranged therein, and has the interval between adjacent fine protrusions being no more than the shortest wavelength in the wavelength band for antireflection. At least some of the fine protrusions are fine protrusions having a plurality of apexes.
THERMOFORMING APPARATUS
A thermoforming apparatus includes a frame material having a housing region and a frame edge portion of a base material being a thermoforming target; and a heating plate having a square shaped heating surface in a plan view, and a frame section which protrudes toward the frame material from the outer peripheral edge of the heating surface, the frame section being contactable with the frame edge portion of the frame material, wherein the heating plate is provided with vacuum holes opening to the outer peripheral portion of the heating plate in a plan view at a perimeter of the frame section in the heating surface, and before adsorbing the sheet disposed between the frame edge portion of the frame material and the outer peripheral edge of the heating plate to the heating surface, a gap is included in at least a portion between the sheet and the heating surface.
TEXTURED MEMBRANE FOR A MULTI-CHAMBER CARRIER HEAD
A flexible membrane for use in a carrier head has a generally circular main portion with a lower surface, an annular outer portion for connection to a base assembly, and an annular flap extending from the main portion on a side opposite the lower surface for connection to the base assembly. At least one surface of the flap has a surface texture to prevent adhesion.
FULL BODY TEXTURED MATERIAL AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
A full body textured material includes a textured substrate, the internal texture of the substrate extends to the surface, the components of the substrate comprise a thermoplastic polymer and a filler, the filler is one of an inorganic filler or a natural plant fiber filler, and the texture is obtained by performing distribution by a digital distribution machine. Compared with sintered stone, the present disclosure has the characteristics of low cutting difficulty, low investment costs, and low production energy consumption.
Water-Soluble Sheets and Packages
The invention relates to a water-soluble sheet comprising a nanostructured surface pattern having structural features of less than 2 m.
The invention is further related to a method of manufacturing such a water-soluble sheet having a nanostructured surface pattern having structural features of less than 2 m, wherein the method comprises contacting a water-soluble sheet with a substrate having a complementary nanostructured surface pattern.
RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT, MOLD, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT, CAMERA, AND PRINTER
Disclosed are a resin molded product and method for diverse product design to provide a luxurious outer surface with deep black color, with a resin molded product that achieves luxurious colors without coating. The resin molded product includes a plurality of convex parts in a predetermined area with a height of each of the plurality of convex parts between 2 m and 15 m, and an arithmetic mean height of high-frequency components in the predetermined area between 12 nm and 20 nm.
Methods for stimulating cutaneous receptors in glabrous skin of a person
Methods for increasing proprioception of a person including stimulating cutaneous receptors in glabrous skin of a person are provided, wherein the method includes contacting cutaneous receptors in glabrous skin of a person with a somatosensation and proprioceptor stimulation surface having a plurality of protuberances which are projected upwardly from the stimulation surface and which are configured to stimulate cutaneous receptors in the glabrous skin of the person when pressed in contact with the glabrous skin of the person to increase proprioception of the person, wherein the plurality of protuberances are configured to increase stimulation to cutaneous receptors proportionately with pressure applied when the protuberances are pressed in contact with the glabrous skin of the person, wherein the protuberances comprise an acute apex; a medial portion; and a base; and wherein the protuberances are not more than 1 mm apart between bases, have a Shore hardness of approximately 60 A or harder, have a pyramidal shape, and are not more than 5 mm apart between apices, wherein the stimulation surface is not in the form of a mat or a flooring material.
