The powder moldable vinyl chloride resin composition for a real-stitched surface skin contains vinyl chloride resin particles (a) having an average degree of polymerization of at least 1,200 and no greater than 5,000, a trimellitate plasticizer (b), and vinyl chloride resin fine particles (c) having an average degree of polymerization of at least 1,000 and no greater than 5,000.
Vinyl chloride resin composition, vinyl chloride resin molded product, and laminate
A vinyl chloride resin composition with which an increase in surface gloss can be suppressed even in the case of repeating the molding of a vinyl chloride resin molded product using the same mold and also favorable tensile elongation and low surface stickiness can be ensured is provided. A vinyl chloride resin composition comprises: a vinyl chloride resin; a plasticizer; and a silicone oil, wherein a content of the plasticizer relative to 100 parts by mass of the vinyl chloride resin is 80 parts by mass or more, a content of the silicone oil relative to 100 parts by mass of the plasticizer is 0.01 parts by mass or more, and a predetermined weight reduction rate of the silicone oil is 7.0 mass % or less.
THERMOFORMED ARTICLE WITH CO-INJECTED FEATURES
A thermoformed article is disclosed that includes a self-supporting structural base layer, a covering applied to a first side of the base layer, and one or more secondary features co-injected upon a second side of the base layer. The covering and the secondary features of the thermoformed article are applied to the base layer during the same molding operation. Also disclosed is a process for forming a thermoformed article that includes placing a covering in a mold tool as a first layer, placing a self-supporting structural base layer in the mold tooling as a second layer, closing the mold tooling with the covering and base layer, and co-injecting upon a side of the base layer opposite to the covering one or more secondary features.
VEHICLE INTERIOR PANEL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME
A vehicle interior panel such as an instrument panel includes a substrate having a thickness between 0.5 mm and 2.25 mm, inclusive, a decorative layer, and an intermediate layer located between the substrate and the decorative layer. A post-form warpage of the substrate is less than 15 mm at an edge region of the substrate. A serpentine rib located near the edge region helps impart structural rigidity to the panel during a foaming process to achieve an adequate degree of post-form warpage.
VIBRATION WELDING DEVICE
A vibration welding device includes a base plate, a vibrating body, and a plurality of position adjusting jigs. The vibrating body is capable of vibrating while holding an interior part which is an object to be welded. The base plate is disposed below the vibrating body. The base plate holds an instrument panel which is an object to be welded. The position adjusting jigs are connected to the vibrating body so as to be adjustable in position. The plurality of position adjusting jigs are disposed independently of each other.
Vinyl chloride resin composition, vinyl chloride resin molded product, and laminate
Provided is a vinyl chloride resin composition that enables production of a vinyl chloride resin molded product having a desired dark color tone and excellent heat shielding. The vinyl chloride resin composition contains a vinyl chloride resin (a), a plasticizer (b), and a heat-shielding pigment (c). The heat-shielding pigment (c) has an L* value of not lower than 18.0 and not higher than 70.0 in the L*a*b* color system and exhibits a spectral reflectance curve on which a wavelength where reflectance is 20% or more is present in a wavelength region of 800 nm to 2400 nm.
Decorative film for film insert molding and method for manufacturing same
The present invention provides a decorative film for film insert molding, the decorative film having: a fluorine-based resin layer containing 100 to 80 parts by mass of a fluorine-based resin and 0 to 20 parts by mass of a methacrylic acid ester-based resin; an acrylic-based resin layer containing 50 to 0 parts by mass of a fluorine-based resin and 50 to 100 parts by mass of a methacrylic acid ester-based resin; and a decorative layer containing a thermoplastic resin, laminated therein in this order, wherein the fluorine-based resin layer has a thickness of 10 μm to 200 μm, and surface unevenness is formed on a surface of the fluorine-based resin layer, the surface being on the side that is not in contact with the acrylic-based resin layer. The present invention also provides a method for manufacturing the decorative film for film insert molding.
Resin molded product
The lid portion has a first body, a first rib protruding from the first surface of the first body and extending along the first surface, and the storage section has a second body, a second rib protruding from the second surface of the second body and extending along the second surface. The first and second ribs have main welded portions welded at intersections crossing each other, and the lid portion and/or the storage portion has main welded portions extending from one of the first and second ribs to the other between the main welded portions adjacent to each other. The lid portion and/or the storage section has an auxiliary rib extending from one of the first and second ribs to the other between the adjacent main welded portions, and the auxiliary rib has a sub-welded portion that is welded to the other at the intersection with the other.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING COMPOSITE MEMBER, AND MOLD USED THEREIN
A porous plate member is positioned in one mold using a movable pin in a state in which a leading end portion including an oblique face portion provided in the one mold is projecting out toward another mold. The one mold and the other mold are clamped together to press the porous plate member, and the movable pin is pressed and retracted by the other mold. A synthetic resin material is injected into the cavity, and the flow thereof is applied to the leading end portion (42) of the movable pin to further retract the movable pin, and the synthetic resin material is cured in a state in which the synthetic resin material has entered a space in which the movable pin has been retracted, thereby manufacturing a composite member.
