SHEET GROOVE CUTTER CAPABLE OF OPERATION WITHOUT USE OF RULER
A groove cutter for floor sheets which is a tool capable of being operated without using a ruler and can cut a seam, which is created when sheets are laid sequentially on the surface of floor base with an adhesive agent, so that a groove formed along the seam can bridge over both adjacent sheets, comprising a front part, a middle part, a rear part, wherein the front part has a thin guide plate, which is to be inserted into the seam and guides the said tool along the said seam when pushing the tool forward, at the front end, and at least one blade to cut a concave groove at the seam part of the above sheet, which is provided behind the guide plate so as to be detachable, and also a stabilizing member provided at the rear part, which is to be inserted into the concave groove, to stabilize a direction of movement of the tool along the seam.
Method for producing a hollow profile component, mold tool and hollow profile component
A method for producing a channel-shaped hollow profile component from a nonwoven material includes providing first and second nonwoven material layers arranging the first and second nonwoven material layers in a mold tool having first and second mold tool halves and a core body wherein a formation of the first and second nonwoven material layers and the core body is arranged between the first and second mold tool halves, and wherein the core body is arranged between the first and second nonwoven material layers in the formation, and simultaneously forming the first and second nonwoven material layers in the mold tool to form a first nonwoven partial shell and a second nonwoven partial shell.
THERMOPLASTIC SHEETS AND ARTICLES WITH VARIABLE LOFTING CAPACITY
Certain configurations are described herein of a thermoplastic sheet or article comprising a plurality of porous layers coupled to each other. In one configuration, the thermoplastic article may comprise a core layer, a first layer disposed on one surface of the core layer and a second layer disposed on another surface of the core layer. In some instances, each of the core layer, the first layer and the second layer may comprises a web of open celled structures formed by a plurality of reinforcing materials bonded together with a thermoplastic material and optionally may also include a lofting agent. The lofting capacity in different layers can be selected or tuned to provide desired properties.
Pad comprising an extruded mesh and method of making thereof
A structure for use in a compressible resilient pad. The structure contains both axially elastomeric strands and relatively inelastic strands co-extruded in various patterns. The structure has a high degree of both compressibility under an applied normal load and excellent recovery (resiliency or spring back) upon removal of that load.
Motor vehicle floor covering
The invention relates to an underbody panel insulation for a motor vehicle made of one or more foamed viscoelastic polyurethane foam materials which can differ in zones (partially) over the surface and thickness of the insulation in its formulation and the physical and mechanical properties, and to a method for the production thereof.
AUTOMOTIVE PROTECTIVE MAT AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AUTOMOTIVE PROTECTIVE MAT
An automotive protective mat and a method for manufacturing same are provided. The automotive protective mat includes a mat body. The mat body includes two elastic layers and a composite reinforcement layer. The composite reinforcement layer is located between the two elastic layers. The elastic layers and the composite reinforcement layer are laminated. The method for manufacturing the automotive protective mat includes: first extruding two layers of thermoplastic elastomer materials that are in molten states by using one extruder, and extruding a layer of composite material that is in a molten state by using another extruder. Then aggregating the three layers of materials in a composite die head, and extruding the materials under a pressure. Then pressing a plate by using two molding embossing rollers to form a plate including two elastic layers and a composite reinforcement layer; and finally cutting the plate to form the automotive protective mat.
MANUFACTURING METHOD OF AUTOMOTIVE FLOOR MAT
A manufacturing method of an automotive floor mat includes: providing a thermoplastic sheet, and heating and softening the thermoplastic sheet; using a vacuum suction device to suck the softened thermoplastic sheet to cause a lower surface of the softened thermoplastic sheet to tightly abut against a mold; cooling and shaping the thermoplastic sheet; and punching the formed automotive floor mat from the sheet. A plurality of anti-slip convex nails are arranged on an upper surface of the thermoplastic sheet. A plurality of grooves and/or patterns are arranged on an outer surface of the mold.
MULTI-LAYER FOAMED FLOORBOARD AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
A multi-layer foamed floorboard and its preparation method are provided. The multi-layer foamed floorboard includes a surface layer and a core layer with a surface layer-core layer-surface layer structure. Raw materials of the surface layer include a first polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin powder, a first calcium carbonate powder, a recycled material, a first calcium-zinc stabilizer, a first foaming aid, a toughening agent, a first internal lubricant, a first external lubricant and carbon black. Raw materials of the core layer include a second PVC resin powder, a second calcium carbonate powder, a foaming recycled material, a second calcium-zinc stabilizer, a second foaming aid, a foaming regulator, a yellow foaming agent, a white foaming agent, a second internal lubricant and a second external lubricant.

Method for displaying scenery on a floor mat or floor liner
A method for forming a scene into a floor mat or floor liner, comprising the steps of: receiving a digital image comprised of a plurality of pixels, each pixel having an initial pixel value and a relative position in the digital image; assigning either a first value or a second value to each pixel according to the initial pixel value of each pixel; creating a mold having a surface with a plurality of raised portions, wherein the relative shape, dimension, and position of each raised portion, with respect to each other raised portion, is defined by the relative position, within the digital image, of at least one pixel having the assigned first value.
