BREATHING MASK AND A SEALING LIP DEVICE FOR A BREATHING MASK
A breathing mask includes a relatively rigid shell and an elastomeric sealing lip mounted to the relatively rigid shell. The elastomeric sealing lip has a contact zone configured to bear against the face of the person. The elastomeric sealing lip further includes a nose bridge region, a first nostril region and a second nostril region. The nose bridge region has a first zone of lower load-bearing capability. The first nostril region has a first zone of higher load-bearing capability. The second nostril region has a second zone of higher load-bearing capability. The first zone of lower load-bearing capability has a lower load-bearing capability than the first and second zones of higher load-bearing capability. In addition, the contact zone is configured to pivot about an articulation axis that extends through the first and second nostril regions.
Manufacturing method for a hood type ventilation device
A device for providing a known concentration of blended air and oxygen, or oxygen, to an individual which incorporates a face mask inside a hood, thereby preventing aerosolization of potentially harmful exhaled gases and controlling condensation issues within the hood while under pressurized conditions. The air tight seal required to allow placement and removal of the hood on the individual will be manufactured using injection molded elastomers to over-mold injection molded rigid plastic components.
RESPIRATOR MADE FROM IN-SITU AIR-LAID WEB(S)
A method of making a filtering face piece respirator, which method includes: providing a cup shaped mold 20; providing a forming chamber 24 where the mold 20 is located and where loose fibers 22 are introduced into air in the forming chamber 24; causing the loose fibers 22 to be accumulated 10 on the mold 20 in the forming chamber 24; and bonding 12 the accumulated fibers to each other at points of fiber intersection, The inventive method thus is beneficial in that it eliminates steps in the manufacturing process. The fibers also are uniformly distributed throughout the mask body, and because the webs do not have to be cut during respirator manufacture, less web waste is generated.
CONTROL METHOD OF ULTRASONIC WELDING SYSTEM, ULTRASONIC WELDING SYSTEM AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A control method of an ultrasonic welding system comprises: detecting operation of the ultrasonic welding system immediately while the ultrasonic welding system is in a working state; acquiring a current working frequency of an ultrasonic generator in the ultrasonic welding system while the ultrasonic welding system is detected to complete a preset first operation every time; determining a current frequency searching range of the ultrasonic generator according to the current working frequency of the ultrasonic generator; controlling the ultrasonic generator to search for an anti-resonance point in the current frequency searching range; and adjusting the working frequency of the ultrasonic generator to be an anti-resonance point while the anti-resonance point is searched in the current frequency searching range.
Rigid and ductile polyamide-based transparent composition and use thereof
The invention relates to the use of at least one impact modifier having a refractive index IR.sub.1 in a polyamide matrix consisting of a mixture of amorphous polyamide and semicrystalline polyamide, said matrix having a refractive index IR2, the difference in absolute value of IR.sub.1-IR.sub.2 not exceeding 0.006, to produce a transparent composition having a fatigue strength, under the fatigue test referred to as notched “Ross-Flex”, greater than 50 000 at −10° C.

The air tight seal required to allow placement and removal of the hood on the individual will be manufactured using injection molded elastomers to over-mold injection molded rigid plastic components.
THERMOFORMED MASK
Respiratory masks made of thermoformed EVA foam are provided. A mask can include a seal that contacts a user's face in use and a housing permanently joined to the seal. Both the seal and housing can be made of EVA foam. The seal and housing can be made of EVA foam having different densities. The mask can further include a frame removably or permanently coupled the housing. Headgear can be coupled to the frame and can couple the mask to the user's face in use.
Stretchable film and product including same
Provided is a stretchable film having excellent stretchability and excellent air permeability. Also provided is an article including such stretchable film. The stretchable film of the present invention includes an olefin-based resin and a filler.
Respiratory interface
Interfaces for positive pressure therapy having a mask assembly, a headgear assembly and a connection port assembly are disclosed herein. The connection port assembly has a ball joint connection with the mask assembly and includes a quick release button for easily disconnecting the gases source conduit from the mask assembly. The mask assembly may include a bias flow vent that is formed separately and attached to the mask assembly. The headgear assembly encircles the rear region of the user’s head and may include at least some portions that are substantially non-stretchable.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING A CUSTOM FACE MASK
A system and method for fabricating a custom face mask. The system includes a factory client, wherein the factory client includes a computing device configured to receive, at a factory server and at least a user device, an image datum comprising a plurality of data of a face of a user. The computing device is further configured to map, as a function of a first machine-learning model, at least a facial landmark to a three-dimensional (3D) mesh of the image datum, map, as a function of a second machine-learning mode, a path to the 3D mesh including a boundary of a custom face mask configured for use on a user's face, generate a model file of a mold, instruct a manufacturing tool, and instruct a manufacturing device to thermoform the plastic component of the mold.
