Control method of ultrasonic welding system, ultrasonic welding system and storage medium
A control method of an ultrasonic welding system comprises: detecting operation of the ultrasonic welding system immediately while the ultrasonic welding system is in a working state; acquiring a current working frequency of an ultrasonic generator in the ultrasonic welding system while the ultrasonic welding system is detected to complete a preset first operation every time; determining a current frequency searching range of the ultrasonic generator according to the current working frequency of the ultrasonic generator; controlling the ultrasonic generator to search for an anti-resonance point in the current frequency searching range; and adjusting the working frequency of the ultrasonic generator to be an anti-resonance point while the anti-resonance point is searched in the current frequency searching range.
MASK MANUFACTURING MACHINE
A mask manufacturing machine includes a carrying frame, a strap conveying apparatus and a strap fixing apparatus. The carrying frame is adapted for supporting and positioning a cover body of a mask thereon. The strap conveying apparatus includes at least one conveying device that is adapted for conveying a strap to a location under the carrying frame, and that has two clamping units adapted for clamping respectively two opposite ends of the strap, and moving respectively the ends of the strap to contact a top surface of the cover body. The strap fixing apparatus includes two hot pressing devices adapted for bonding respectively the ends of the strap to the top surface of the cover body by hot-melting.
A RESPIRATORY PROTECTIVE DEVICE OR FACE MASK HYGIENE PRODUCT, A METHOD FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF REINFORCED TEXTILE PART, NONWOVEN FABRIC PART OR THEIR COMBINATION PART, AND A FILTER
A faceblank (5) for a respiratory protective device or face mask hygiene product (1), where the shape of the faceblank (5) defines a number of filter openings (2, 3, 4) and which further comprises a head harness (6) or fastening for a head harness (6) and is characterised in that the filter openings (2, 3, 4) have been implemented to comprise a tongue (7), most advantageously so that the edge of each opening (2, 3, 4) is composed of a tongue. The faceblank is used with a number of replaceable filters (10) adapted in the filter openings (2, 3, 4) of the faceblank (5), each filter (10) comprising a filter part (11) and a frame (12) that encircles the filter part (11), in which frame (12) the outer edge has been implemented to comprise a groove (13)—most advantageously so that the outer edge of each frame (12) consists of a groove (13)—so that the filters (10) are fastenable to the filter openings (2, 3, 4) of the faceblank (5) by means of a tongue-and-groove connection, in which case the tongue (7) and groove (13) form an air-tight tongue-and-groove connection. Further independent claims directed to filters and methods for the manufacture of reinforced textile part, nonwoven fabric part or their combination part.
Face shield
A method for producing a face shield includes cutting a body of the face shield from a flat sheet of transparent plastic and cutting a curved attachment slot into the body. It includes placing the body onto a horizontally arranged elongated convex mold with a central axis of the body being aligned with a ridge line of the mold and placing the body, on the mold, into an oven. There, the body deforms and assumes an arcuate shape of the mold. The body is allowed to cool down and later removed from the mold. The face shield has a body with an arcuate vertical cross-sectional shape which is smooth without edges. The curved attachment slot serves to attach the face shield to a visor of a baseball cap where it can hold on by a plurality of narrowings formed in the attachment slot.
STRAPLESS PROTECTIVE MASK
A personalize disposable self-adhesive and strapless protective mask for preventing inhalation of airborne materials, bacteria and viruses is provided. The self-adhesive protective mask includes a pliable adhesive film that is configured to surround a wearer's nose and mouth and a filtering material disposed at a central area for filtering air. A removable carrier is disposed along at least a portion of the perimeter of the adhesive film that is configured to facilitate handling and positioning of the protective mask onto a wearer's nose and mouth.
Pediatric CPAP mask
A mask configured to deliver pressurized airflow according to an exemplary aspect of the present disclosure includes, among other things, a central portion configured to surround a nose of a patient, a first pair of wings projecting from opposite sides of the central portion, and a second pair of wings projecting from opposite sides of the central portion. The disclosed mask has particular benefits to pre-term infants. A system and method are also disclosed.
THERMOFORMED MASK
Respiratory masks made of thermoformed EVA foam are provided. A mask can include a seal that contacts a user's face in use and a housing permanently joined to the seal. Both the seal and housing can be made of EVA foam. The seal and housing can be made of EVA foam having different densities. The mask can further include a frame removably or permanently coupled the housing. Headgear can be coupled to the frame and can couple the mask to the user's face in use.
RESPIRATORY MASK
A respiratory mask, a mould for a respiratory mask, as well as to a method for producing a respiratory mask are disclosed, in which manufacturability and usability of respiratory masks are improved. A respiratory mask is disclosed for administering a breathable gas to a patient, the respiratory mask comprising a first component formed from a flexible material and a second component formed from a material that is more rigid than the flexible material, wherein the first component is formed onto the second component by an overmoulding process.

Method and system for cutting and placing nose wires in a facemask manufacturing process
A method and associated system for cutting and placing individual nose wires in a facemask production line include supplying a continuous wire from a supply source to a cutting station where the continuous wire is cut into individual nose wires having a defined length. The nose wires are then conveyed to a treatment station prior to being deposited onto a carrier web. At the treatment station, a surface treatment is performed on a side of the nose wires that results in an increased surface attachment of the nose wires to the carrier web.
