SNOW MOLD
A snow mold includes a front snow mold portion and a back snow mold portion. The back mold portion is operable to be coupled to the front mold portion by inserting protrusions disposed on a flange of the back mold portion into receptacles disposed on a flange of the front mold portion. The front and back mold portions may be coupled by rotation of a rotatable fastener.
Toy projectile and method of making
A toy projectile and method of making the toy projectile is provided herein. The toy projectile having: an elongated dart body secured to a tip assembly, the tip assembly comprising: a tip insert secured to a forward end of the elongated dart body and a tip secured to the tip insert, wherein the tip comprises a styrene ethylene butylene styrene copolymer (SEBS rubber) tip.
Rope pet toy with attached fabric head
A pet toy includes a flexible pocket having a proximal end opposite a distal end. A single opening is formed at the proximal end, where the single opening leads to an inner chamber closed at the distal end. A rope pet toy body includes a prolongated end which is partially disposed within the single opening of the pocket allowing a first portion of the pocket along the proximal end to overlay a second portion of the prolongated end. A cylindrically-shaped, heat shrinkable film is disposed over both the first portion of the proximal end of the single opening and the second portion of the prolongated end. The heat shrinkable film has been heated and shrunk fit onto both the proximal end of the pocket and the prolongated end of the rope pet toy body thereby joining the pocket to the rope pet toy body.
PLAY BALL WITH FOAM FILLING
A play ball has a rubber shell filled with resilient foam having an entire outer peripheral surface thereof intimately attached by heat fusion and adhesive to an entire interior surface of the shell. Such attachment enables the foam to provide additional resiliency by foam tension, as well as by foam compression, thereby significantly extending the effective bounce life of the ball. A seamed dog chew toy has essentially similar construction such that the increased retention force provided by the intimate attachment of the foam to the shell resists the chewing force of the dog popping a seam improving durability.
