RING ASSEMBLY FOR ANIMAL MONITORING
A ring assembly has a ring torus shaped body forming an internal sensing cavity with a vent area between the internal cavity and an exterior of the ring torus shaped body. A sensor is positioned at the internal cavity for sensing a level of enteric fermentation methane (or any other substance) emitted by the animal in breath entering the internal sensing cavity via the vent area. An internal circuitry cavity formed by the ring torus shaped body includes a control circuit that is electrically coupled with the methane sensor and further includes a transceiver and a microcontroller programmed to read, at intervals, a methane measurement from the sensor to form methane data and send the methane data via the transceiver to a data service. A ring assembly includes a power source positioned within the internal circuitry cavity for providing power to the control circuit.
Pet restraint device
A pet restraint device is a device that allows the user to safely and comfortably restrain a pet so that the user can perform the necessary pet care without aid from another person. The device includes a support base, a proximal restraining strap, a distal restraining strap, and an intermediate restraining strap. The support base provides a sturdy structure that accommodates the pet and where the proximal restraining strap, the intermediate restraining strap, and the distal restraining strap can be securely attached to. The proximal restraining strap, the intermediate restraining strap, and the distal restraining strap enable the user to restrain the pet to the support base in a safe manner without covering the pet's body so that the user can have easier access to the pet's body. The proximal restraining strap, the intermediate restraining strap, and the distal restraining strap can be adjusted to match the pet's body.

Provided herein is an apparatus for attraction and disposition of reptiles, including a heat source disposed on or near the manipulator arm or on a platform; a manipulator arm comprising a gripper and an arm imager, wherein the manipulator arm is disposed on the heat source or on the platform; and one or more control units connected physically or wirelessly to the heat source, the manipulator arm, the arm imager, or a combination thereof.
