PLUNGER SCRAPER FOR RECIPROCATING BALER
A scraper assembly for a baler includes a mounting plate attached to a face of a plunger. The mounting plate includes an annular countersunk region and a concentric mounting bore. A follower plate includes an annular aperture. A scraper plate is attached to the follower plate for scraping a wall of a compression chamber. A cam insert includes a first annular projection seated within the annular aperture of the follower plate, and a second annular projection seated within the annular countersunk region of the mounting plate. The cam insert further includes a through bore extending through the second annular projection. The second annular projection and the through bore are eccentric from a center of the annular aperture and the first annular projection. A threaded fastener extends through the through bore of the cam insert and into threaded engagement with the mounting bore in the mounting plate.
Rubber balers
A bailing apparatus may include a multi-component bolster assemblies that may ease installation and removal, reduce wear and tear and maintenance, and/or improve baling efficiency by reducing material waste, imperfections, and/or contamination. The bolster assemblies may include a plurality of coupling portions that engage a hydraulic rod and may enable the bolster assembly to self-center within a press chamber during normal baling operations. The bolster assemblies also may include an island portion that may be attached to the coupling portions and to a bolster cap, and the latter may be attached using retainer bolts having substantially planar heads that may define lips that run about frustums. The bolts may substantially planar head may reduce irregularities in the bale and the lips may prevent material seepage into the bolster assemblies.
RAIL SYSTEM FOR A TRAVELLING CHUTE OF A RUBBER BALER AND RELATED BALING METHODS
Improved balers may include a traveling chute that may reduce wear and tear and maintenance, and/or improve efficiency by reducing downtime. The traveling chute may include moving guides that include channels that engage tongues of stationary guide rails disposed on a baler. For example, the channels may be substantially rectangular channels that run the length of the moving guide. Similarly, the stationary guides may include substantially rectangular tongues and the moving guides may slide across the tongues and upper surfaces of the stationary guides as the traveling chute moves between various positions. The moving guides may include polyoxymethylene inserts in which the channels may be provided. The moving guides and stationary guides may be provided as a kit for attachment to various baling apparatuses. Additional features and components also are described.
APPARATUS FOR COMPACTING YARD WASTE AND KIT FOR ASSEMBLY THEREOF
An apparatus for compacting yard waste is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a shaft and a base adapted to crush yard waste. The apparatus is assembled by releasable coupling of the shaft and the base.
Container packer system and method
A container packer system includes a transfer base, which receives a container packer adapted for movement longitudinally between retracted and extended positions with respect to the transfer base. The transfer base includes a power subsystem with a motor or engine driving a hydraulic pump for powering hydraulic piston-and-cylinder units of the system, including a container packer piston-and-cylinder unit for hydraulically extending and retracting the container packer. The container packer generally encloses an interior adapted for receiving bulk material for transfer to a transport container, which can comprise a standard shipping container, a trailer or some other bulk material receptacle. The container packer includes a push blade assembly longitudinally movably mounted in its interior and actuated by a push blade piston-and-cylinder unit.
Small waste material processing device
A small-scale waste processing device includes a housing, wherein a conveying cavity is provided in the housing, a screw is rotatably provided in the conveying cavity, a rotating cavity is provided in the housing, and the rotating cavity and the conveying The cavity is connected, and a rotating block is rotatably provided in the rotating cavity. A squeezing mechanism is provided in the rotating block. A first filter is fixedly arranged on the right wall of the rotating cavity. The present invention can pass kitchen wastes through Most of the water is squeezed out, and then the water in the waste is thrown out by throwing water to make the waste more dehydrated. The discharged waste water can be directly discharged to the sewer, which avoids clogging of the sewer and saves maintenance costs. The dehydrated waste passes through Grinding and squeezing makes it difficult to make full use of the packing space during the later packing process of waste materials, and at the same time avoids the leakage of waste water from the waste materials, causing pollution to the environment.
BALING MACHINE WITH CONTAINMENT APPARATUS
A baling machine including a gathering ram and a hopper with a charging chamber is disclosed. The hopper can include a pair of flat doors and an actuator that can move the flat doors to apply compression force to material placed in the hopper. The compression force applied by the flat doors can improve efficiency of the baling machine by increasing the amount of the material compacted by each stroke of the gathering ram.
Device and method for pressing organic material out of waste
Device (100) for pressing organic material out of waste, comprising: a pressing chamber (3) and a first pressing member (4) for compacting introduced waste; a first feed opening (5) for feeding waste into the pressing chamber (4); perforations (6) for allowing air, moisture and organic material pressed out of introduced waste to escape from the pressing chamber (3), which perforations (6) are arranged in a wall (9) of the pressing chamber (3) and debouch in a surface (7) bounding the pressing chamber (3); and a discharge opening (8) for discharging from the pressing chamber (3) compacted waste from which air, moisture and organic material are at least partially removed and whereby the surface lies perpendicularly of the pressing direction of the first pressing member (4). Pressing perpendicularly of the surface (7) results in a more effective and efficient pressing. The device (100) preferably also comprises: a second feed opening (2) for feeding waste into the device (100); and an infeed chamber (13), which infeed chamber (13) is located between the first feed opening (5) and the second feed opening (2). A pre-compaction takes place during the displacement of waste fed into the infeed chamber (13) to the pressing chamber (3) via the first feed opening (5), this still further increasing the effectiveness, efficiency and yield of the pressing. Also method for pressing organic material out of waste by means of such a device.
Paper shredder
An apparatus for paper shredding and compacting which includes a shredded paper storage portion, a movable ram disposed within the shredded paper storage portion, and a movable push rod.
