SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR RECOMPRESSING ROUND BALES INTO SQUARE BALES
A system for recompressing a round bale into a square bale includes a bottom platen to receive the round bale and a movable platen translatable relative to the bottom platen. The system includes an upper platen rotatable relative to the bottom platen. The upper platen is rotatable between a first position to receive the round bale between the bottom platen, the movable platen and the upper platen, and a second position in which the upper platen cooperates with the movable platen and the bottom platen to recompress the round bale into the square bale.
System and method for baling agricultural crop material
An agricultural baler. The agricultural bailer includes a baling chamber, a first plunger, a second surface opposing the first plunger, and a track assembly. The baling chamber includes a first wall and a second wall. Each of the first wall and the second wall includes a slot extending along a length of the baling chamber. The first plunger is moveable within the baling chamber and is configured to compress a compressible material into a bale. The second surface is configured to support the compressible material within the baling chamber. Each of the first plunger and the second surface includes a slot aligned with the slots of the first wall and the second wall. The track assembly includes a gated channel and is disposed within the slots of the first wall, the second wall, the first plunger, and the second surface such that the track assembly substantially surrounds the baling chamber.
Methods for making rubber bales
Methods for forming improved bales may include using baling equipment with multi-component bolster assemblies that may ease installation and removal, reduce wear and tear and maintenance, and/or improve efficiency by reducing material waste, imperfections, and/or contamination. The bolster assemblies may include a plurality of coupling portions that engage a hydraulic rod and may enable the bolster assembly to self-center within a press chamber during normal baling operations. The bolster assemblies also may include an island portion that may be attached to the coupling portions and to a bolster cap, and the latter may be attached using retainer bolts having substantially planar heads that may define lips that run about frustums. The bolts may substantially planar head may reduce irregularities in the bale and the lips may prevent material seepage into the bolster assemblies.
Container packer system and method
A container packer system includes a transfer base, which receives a container packer adapted for movement longitudinally between retracted and extended positions with respect to the transfer base. The transfer base includes a power subsystem with a motor or engine driving a hydraulic pump for powering hydraulic piston-and-cylinder units of the system, including a container packer piston-and-cylinder unit for hydraulically extending and retracting the container packer. The container packer generally encloses an interior adapted for receiving bulk material for transfer to a transport container, which can comprise a standard shipping container, a trailer or some other bulk material receptacle. The container packer includes a push blade assembly longitudinally movably mounted in its interior and actuated by a push blade piston-and-cylinder unit.
Agricultural baler with a plunger slot belt
An agricultural baler comprising a main bale chamber having a pair of opposed side walls, with each side wall having a plunger slot arrangement defining a plunger slot. Each plunger slot has opposite ends and is open at an inside adjacent to a plunger. A pair of rotating elements are positioned within each plunger slot, with each rotating element being located at a corresponding end of a respective plunger slot. A pair of plunger slot belts are each positioned in association with a respective plunger slot and partially wrap a respective pair of rotating elements associated with each plunger slot.

METHOD AND DEVICE FOR COMPACTING MATERIALS
A method and system for compacting waste materials in a collection container. The container can be a freestanding waste container, a self-contained compaction container, or a container on a waste collection vehicle. A hydraulically operated compactor blade is positioned in the upper portion of the container with its bottom edge a distance above the floor. A door member can be provided in the rear wall of the collection container. The compactor blade can be in its rest position relative to the top opening. The container member can be positioned or located on a trailer or truck-type vehicle and adapted to be tilted for evacuation of materials collected therein.
Trash compacting device
The invention is a trash compacting device with a handle configured horizontally, so a person can grip the handle with the palm of their hand facing downward to maximize compression force and minimize slippage. The frame supports one or more smite plate receivers that may extends horizontally from the frame to increase the distance between center regions of two smite plates. Each smite plate receiver may extends downward at different heights to ensure that bulky trash, such as boxes, does not impede the downward movement of every smite plates. The frame may houses a telescoping tube to ensure ergonomic operations when a garbage can is less than full. Smite plates of different shapes and sizes may be attached to the smite plate receiver to further ensure more uniform compaction of trash. Smite plates and handle grips are pivotally attached to allow for portable transport and compact storage.
PAPER SHREDDER
An apparatus for paper shredding and compacting which includes a shredded paper storage portion, a movable ram disposed within the shredded paper storage portion, and a movable push rod.
FINGER BALER
Disclosed are embodiments of a system and method for baling recyclable materials and managing the baling of recyclable materials. The apparatus for baling includes a finger baler for continuous compressing and baling recyclable materials, a scale, label printer, and a processor. Certain embodiments further comprise at least one digital camera, RFID dispenser, and internet connection that allows the processor to transmit collected data to a remote database for further analysis.
The disclosed method for baling recyclable materials comprising the steps of continuously adding and compressing materials; forming a completed bale; weighing the bale automatically using a digital scale operably connected to the processor; recording the bale weight automatically; and printing a label. Additionally, the method may comprise inputting information and/or automatically recording data, and/or automatically transmitting the data associated with a bale to a remote database.
