Rotary indexing press
The invention relates to a rotary indexing press for the production of green compacts from powder substances. The rotary indexing press is provided with an indexing plate equipped with a plurality of tool cavities assigned to a plurality of tool positions, with said tool positions being at a minimum used for the filling, compacting, and ejecting of workpieces, and with at least one cavity being assigned to each tool position, and wherein the indexing plate having a form-closed and/or force-dosed connection with the body of the machine during compacting. The invention moreover relates to a method for the production of green compacts from powder materials using a rotary indexing press.
ROTOR FOR A ROTARY PRESS
A rotor for a rotary press comprises a die plate, upper punch seats, and lower punch seats configured to be rotationally driven by a rotary drive. An annular discharge channel is configured to be in a fixed position with respect to the die plate and further configured to collect product residue from at least one of the die plate and the lower punch seat. The discharge channel additionally comprises a removal region where the product residue is configured to be removed from the annular discharge channel A catch element is configured to rotate in sync with the die plate and is guided within the annular discharge channel to convey the product residue collected in the annular discharge channel to the removal region.
MOLDED PRODUCT PROCESSING SYSTEM
A molded product processing system is configured to apply a post process to a molded product molded by a compression-molding machine. The system includes modules each including a conveying mechanism configured to convey a plurality of molded products P kept aligned, and a processing mechanism confronting a travel route of the molded products conveyed by the conveying mechanism and configured to apply a predetermined post process to each of the conveyed molded products, in which upstream one of the modules and downstream one of the modules are connected to allow the molded products having gone through certain processing at the upstream one of the modules to be delivered to the downstream one of the modules and be subjected to a different predetermined processing at one of the modules.
