Method for Manufacturing an Object and Packaging
A method for manufacturing an object, such as a tray includes providing an unfolded sheet; providing a straight score line in the unfolded sheet for providing a division between a wall part and a flange part; folding the flange part of the sheet relative to the wall part along the score line to provide an angle larger than 45? between the flange part and the wall part; providing a plastic foil; heating the plastic foil; pressing the heated foil on the sheet at the side provided with the score line and covering at least part of the wall part and the flange part; the sheet having at least one U-shaped cut interrupting the score line. The free ends of the U-shaped cut are positioned on the score line. The bridging part of the U-shaped cut is positioned in the flange part.
PRODUCTION MACHINE DIAGNOSING SYSTEM AND METHOD, BOX MAKING MACHINE, AND REMOTE MONITORING SYSTEM
This production machine diagnosing system and method, box making machine, and remote monitoring system include a data collecting unit for collecting operation data of a plurality of drive devices, and a diagnosing unit for detecting an abnormality on the basis of the operation data of the plurality of drive devices collected by the data collecting unit, wherein the diagnosing unit comprises: a first diagnosing unit which, when a first drive device among the plurality of drive devices, for driving an apparatus that conveys a sheet, is driven, detects an abnormality on the basis of the operation data of the first drive device; and a second diagnosing unit which, when a second drive device other than the first drive device, among the plurality of drive devices, is driven, detects an abnormality on the basis of the operation data of the second drive device.
USER-DEFINED BOX CREATION APPARATUS
One embodiment relates to an apparatus configured to create a box having a width and a height. The apparatus comprises a first control slider movably connected to a body. The first control slider is structured to move to a width position that alters the box width. A second control slider movably connected to the body. The second control slider is structured to move to a height position that alters the box height. A third control slider movably connected to the body, the first control slider, and the second control slider. The third control slider is responsive to the width position of the first control slider and the height position of the second control slider. A size value guide movably connected to the third control slider and is responsive to movement of the third control slider. The size value guide indicates a paper needed to create the user desired box.

MACHINE FOR MAKING BOX BLANKS
In at least one embodiment, a machine for making a box blank from a sheet of box-making material includes a frame, a plurality of rollers, coupled to the frame, for moving the sheet along a material handling path, and a rail coupled to the frame adjacent to the material handling path. The machine further includes a carriage assembly including a first motor and a blade selectively deployable by the first motor, a second motor that, via a linkage, moves the carriage assembly along the rail, and a control circuit that controls the first and second motors to selectively deploy the blade to cut the sheet to form a box blank.
Method for realising cartons for packing and an apparatus actuating the method
A method and an apparatus for realizing cartons for packing includes feeding a cardboard band (2) for packing along an advancement direction (A) which is parallel to the development direction of the cardboard band (2) and making a first score line (II) and a second score line (12) on the cardboard band (2), so as: to identify a central sector; a first lateral sector (4), and a second lateral sector (5). The method further includes identifying regions of band (8) on the carton (2), making on each region of band (8) at least a first cut (21), a second cut (22), a third cut (23) and a fourth cut (24) oriented transversally so that a first closing wing (49), a first reinforcing wing (51) a second reinforcing wing (52), a second closing wing (50), a third reinforcing wing (53) and a fourth reinforcing wing (54) are defined. The band of carton (2) is cut transversally so as to separate the regions of band (8) from one another, thus obtaining cartons (I) for packing.
AIR VENT FOR WELDED PORTION IN PLASTIC CORRUGATED MATERIAL AND PROCESS FOR FORMING WELDED PORTION
A corrugated plastic box and a method for manufacturing a corrugated plastic box from a blank are provided. The method includes the steps of forming rounded edge seals on the perimeter edges of the blank, pre-sealing portions of the blankincluding providing air vents to allow trapped air to escape during the pre-sealing processto form a plurality of areas in which major and minor flap slots and a glue tab are desired, ultrasonically scoring the blank to form a plurality of flap score lines, and cutting the blank through the plurality of pre-sealed flap slots and glue tab, leaving a sealed edge.
PACKAGE MATERIAL MANUFACTURING MACHINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A management system of a manufacturing machine for manufacturing a package material is used in the distribution of articles. The system includes printing devices for, in a process of manufacturing a package material, printing on the package material unique identification information which is usable in traceability in the distribution of articles; identification information reading devices which are installed downstream of the printing devices for reading the identification information; and machine management devices for acquiring individual characteristic information of the package material, and managing the manufacturing machine on the basis of machine management information in which the acquired individual characteristic information is associated with the identification information read by the identification information reading devices.
