A METHOD OF MAKING A THREE-DIMENSIONAL PRODUCT, AND A BLANK USEFUL FOR MAKING A THREE-DIMENSIONAL PRODUCT
A method of making a three-dimensional product having a bottom and an upright peripheral wall extending from the bottom, by the hot pressing in a pressing cavity of a blank cut out of a web including at least a first layer of a non-woven airlaid fluff material.

Device and method for setting up containers having a functional edge from flat blanks
A device for setting up containers along fold lines from flat blanks, having a forming station including a forming tool having a displaceable forming punch, and a backing device for setting up the containers from the blanks, and having a discharging device for carrying away the set-up containers from the forming station. The forming station is designed for folding a circumferential functional edge. The device is designed for turning the set-up containers after the forming station and for pushing the containers over preceding containers for forming a container stack having the container openings thereof facing forward.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FOOD PACKAGING PAPER TRAY THAT CAN BE EASILY SEPARATED AND DISCARDED
According to a method for manufacturing a food packaging paper tray that can be easily separated and discarded, the paper tray is manufactured with paper of a predetermined thickness, and the bottom surface, wall surfaces and outward flange of the paper tray are coated (attached) with the synthetic resin oriented film, and thus the firm exterior shape thereof is maintained, and sealing and packaging thereof are possible by means of the sealing and packaging machine using thermoplastic films through the outward flange to which the synthetic resin oriented film is attached. Particularly, the synthetic resin oriented film is adhered, while stretched, to the bottom surface, wall surfaces and outward flange of the paper tray through an adhesive applied to the lower surface thereof, so as to ensure the waterproof function of the paper tray, and can be easily separated from the paper tray if pulled by applying artificial power.

Container with liner
A container for heating a food product. The container comprises a base layer of material and a liner releasably attached to an inner surface of the base layer. The liner is at least partially attached to the base layer by a heat seal layer, and the liner is separable from the base layer after heating the container. The container comprises a bottom panel and a sidewall extending along the bottom panel.
Methods and systems for forming trays
A method of forming a tray includes obtaining a blank, positioning the blank in a blank feeder assembly of a system for forming a tray, moving the blank from the blank feeder assembly to a nipping assembly, and moving the blank to a tray forming assembly, the tray forming assembly including a tray forming apparatus. The method further includes positioning the blank between a first tray forming portion of the tray forming apparatus and a second tray forming portion of the tray forming apparatus, the first tray forming portion includes a forming block that defines an interior, and the second tray forming portion includes a tray forming member, and driving the forming block into engagement with the blank and the tray forming member such that the blank and the tray forming member are at least partially received in the interior of the forming block to form a tray.
Device and machine for forming boxes with internal partition wall and relative method
A box forming device includes an internal partition wall including a positioning area to support a blank arriving from a magazine and positioned between a forming head movable along a rectilinear trajectory to intercept, in an operating position, a portion of the blank. A die receives the blank and forms an open box having a base and side walls defining a housing compartment. The forming head has an operating end for contact with the blank provided with a through seat extending transversely with respect to the rectilinear trajectory. A strap feeding member feeds a strap along a strap along a strap feeding direction in the through seat, which temporarily accommodates the strap. A strap retaining member retains the strap in the through seat while the forming head moves towards the blank, and to release the strap in the compartment such that the strap forms a partition wall which separates two adjacent compartments.
