Carton, blank, and method of folding
A carton defines a bottom wall, a first side wall coupled to the bottom wall, a second side wall disposed opposite the first side wall and coupled to the bottom wall, a first end wall coupled to both the bottom wall and first and second side walls, and a second end wall disposed opposite the first end wall and coupled to both the bottom wall and the first and second side walls. The carton is formed from a blank having a first side and a second side disposed opposite said first side. The first side defines the interior surface of the bottom wall and the interior and exterior surfaces of the first and second side walls and the first and second end walls.
Storage and display pouch.
This invention is directed toward a device into which a valuable substance can be stored and displayed. The substance is protected by an insert, which is, in turn, put into a pouch, which opens to allow for its easy insertion and removal from the pouch cavity. The pouch can be closed for protection with a sliding locker. The closed pouch can then be displayed through a package. All components are die-cut and folded for easy assembly.
One piece convertible packages and display systems
A package for a gravity feed rack display system that is shipped with product includes a plurality of panels connected together at fold lines configured for extending at least partially around an interior space. The plurality of panels includes a front panel, a back panel, a first side panel, a top panel, a second side panel and a bottom panel. The interior space is configured to receive at least one product. The package includes a first extension flap foldably connected to a first side of the front panel and a second extension flap foldably connected to a second side of the front panel. The plurality of panels and the first and second extension flaps define a first depth in a first position for shipping, and a second depth in a second position for display.
LOCKING BOTTOM BOX BLANKS, BOXES AND METHODS OF FORMING THE SAME
Box blanks, boxes, and corresponding methods of forming the same are provided. The box blank comprises a plurality of panels and bottom flaps. Each of the plurality of panels and the plurality of bottom flaps are connected along a foldable section score line. The plurality of panels are connected to the plurality of bottom flaps along a panel score line. At least one web pattern score extends in one of the plurality of bottom flaps comprising a first score line and a second score line extending within the bottom flap. A first subsection is defined between the second score line and the section score line, and a second subsection is defined between the first score line and the second score line. The at least one web pattern score enables folding such that the first subsection folds towards the second subsection when the box blank is being formed into the box.
TIE-LOCK SHIPPER
A blank for making a one-piece container. The blank includes a central first section, a pair of second sections connected to the first section along a respective first longitudinal score line, and a pair of third sections, each third section connected to a second section along a respective second longitudinal score line. The second sections define side walls and end walls of the container, and the third sections define bottom flaps of the container. The first section includes a pair of top lateral flaps located on either side of a longitudinal slit that divides the blank in half. A pair of top end flaps span across opposing longitudinal ends of the top lateral flaps. Each top end flap comprises a triangular section defining a bow-tie lock connecting two halves of the blank on either side of the longitudinal slit.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CLOSING A PACKAGE WITH A MOVABLE POURING SPOUT
For closing packages (9) provided with a movable pouring spout, an adhesive is applied to one or both portions of a first pair of folding portions (16) which are movable integrally with an inclined wall (14) of a chamfered corner (10) of the package (9). The first folding portions (16) may be coupled to a second pair of folding portions (18), which are movable integrally with an oscillatable tongue (12) of the spout. The adhesive adheres the second portions (18) to the first portions (16) when the tongue (12) moves toward the inclined wall (14).
AIR VENT FOR WELDED PORTION IN PLASTIC CORRUGATED MATERIAL AND PROCESS FOR FORMING WELDED PORTION
A corrugated plastic box and a method for manufacturing a corrugated plastic box from a blank are provided. The method includes the steps of forming rounded edge seals on the perimeter edges of the blank, pre-sealing portions of the blankincluding providing air vents to allow trapped air to escape during the pre-sealing processto form a plurality of areas in which major and minor flap slots and a glue tab are desired, ultrasonically scoring the blank to form a plurality of flap score lines, and cutting the blank through the plurality of pre-sealed flap slots and glue tab, leaving a sealed edge.
Blanks and methods for forming a shelf-ready display container
A blank of sheet material for forming a container includes a front panel, a top panel, a rear panel, and a bottom panel coupled together in series by a plurality of generally parallel fold lines. The blank also includes a pair of front side panels extending from opposing side edges of the front panel, a pair of top side panels coupled to opposing side edges of the top panel, and a pair of bottom side panels coupled to opposing side edges of the bottom panel. A side tab extends from each bottom side panel along a tab perforation line. Each side tab is configured to couple to one of the front side panels in a face-to-face relationship. A face of each of the top panel, the bottom panel, the pair of top side panels, and the pair of bottom side panels is devoid of perforation lines extending therethrough.
INSTANT SET-UP BULK CONTAINER
A foldable container moveable between a stowed configuration and a deployed configuration defining an interior area for holding bulk material is provided. The container includes opposed side panels and a bottom flap extending from a bottom edge of each side panel. A tab member extends from a distal end of each bottom flap and a tab finger extends from each tab member so as to define a hook at a distal end of each bottom flap. The hooks are interconnected so as to hingedly connect the distal ends of the bottom flaps together, thereby causing the bottom flaps to rotate between their respective stowed and deployed configuration positions as the end panels are translated between their respective stowed and deployed configuration positions. Locking tabs extending from distal ends of end flaps extend into the interior area of the container to secure the container in the deployed configuration.
Container with liner
A container for holding a food product. The container can comprise a flange comprising a central panel. An opening can extend in the central panel. The container further can comprise a sidewall comprising at least a panel foldably connected to the central panel and a denesting feature extending outwardly from the sidewall. The denesting feature can be for engaging a nested container positioned below the container in a stacked arrangement and for forming a denesting gap between the flange and the nested container.
